Great Service
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to drill into accounts and finding out what is going on. I enjoy that there is easy availability of features to make analysis and work efficently and competitively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of ability for advanced analytics analysis. There is very little ability to extract data or reports that bring meaningful value to the analysis that my business prepares.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is our primary accounting software. Having everything in one place is great.

What do you like best about the product?
Great interface and user friendliness! Once you have gathered enough exposure to it, Sage is easy to use and pretty simple and streamlined. I also appreciate the scenarios!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is quite a learning curve and the Sage communities aren't that helpful in these one off situations because each business is different. Therefore getting ahold of someone is hard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct is solving the problem of creating a bugdeting and planning system that can be accessed by peopel all over the organization rather than just sharing excel files.
Good software overall
What do you like best about the product?
JE Posting, FA module updates are solid, Reporting is fairly easy to use. Entities are broken down easily so you can use them to run different reports. Good software
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the modules are slow and lacking functionality. It is not easy to contact support to get help. Posting JE's is sometimes difficult with the errors. Good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are helping us solve the issues with the FA module and the media spend customization module. We have a great employee who is able to work with sage to help/
Complicated System
What do you like best about the product?
This system is customizable to any business
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult user interface that requires deep knowledge to use. Every piece of functionality costs extra. Reporting is difficult to use and not helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage is running all of our AR, AP and Financial Statement reporting

What do you like best about the product?
Everything about Sage Intaact is very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it wouldn't be as beneficial for a large company.

it is easy to create JEs and that's beneficial.
Easy interface
What do you like best about the product?
I like the navigation and ease of adding new accounts

Having to go into each entity to print checks for example.

Bank Feed issues.
Intacct Journey
What do you like best about the product?
I like how user friend everything is inside the system. Nothing is ever tough to figure out once you are in it. It is straight-forward to learn and very easy to teach to a colleague.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful thing about Sage Intacct is getting ahold of someone if a problem arises. There are not many options for finding the correct person to get right to the point of the problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me solve reconciliations and all the variations on our general ledger. It also allows me to track numerous journal entries each month.
This Works Great!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how it uses bank integration. It recognizes transactions in your bank account and automatically clears them. I use this for check reconciliation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Finding exact journal entries can be a hassle.

They have been working with us to streamline so many business functions.

Sage is a very user friendly and easy to use. The extra layers it provides is super helpful
