INTACCT - GOOD FOR BUSINESS
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to import Journal Entries. It makes it that much more efficient for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
They could improve on the user-friendly aspect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping our business efficiency.

A Good Accounting Product
What do you like best about the product?
The system is easy to use; and the upload template is self-explanatory and easy to manipulate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system will get slow if massive data is within the general ledger entry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to track different entities within the same sponsor.
Sage is decent but report building could be simplified and customizations could be made easier

Report building feature would have to be my favorite

Inability/difficulty in customizing reports would be my least favorite feature

I havent noticed any downsides as yet, but need to explore more of the features

I like how it is able to be intergrated with other platforms making less man work

There is not a lot of room for human error. Correcting or adjusting entries requires numerous steps and duplicate entries

importing from other platforms and reporting
Smooth easy system
What do you like best about the product?
Has everything one would need for a smooth month-end close. A super clean system and easy to find what you are looking for. Way more functionality then competitor like quickbooks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it hard to get answers on how to do something specific online. For example, on my recurring entry page, the list of different recurring entries is cut off and I cannot find out to expand the column to see the full description of title.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smooth system, all data in one place. I work for a company so I am not sure if they were ever planning on using a different software, but in my experience at other firms and using quickbooks, it is 10x more intuitive than quickbooks.
Divvy has been great with transmitting accounts payable from Bill.com.

Menu is user friendly. Enterng Accounts payale .

Reporting and searching plus filtering is not.

Intuitive product with great capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
Intacct is a great software to interact with. I have had an easy time navigating my way through with very little training. Much more intuitive than other programs I have had to use in the past
What do you dislike about the product?
Customization level can sometimes make it difficult to know exactly what permissions to set to make sure people can see information they need across all entity levels
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
streamlining our AP and AR process and allowing our external ERP system to work in collaboration with Intacct; having a separate accounting software makes it easier to see all financial requirements in one place

What do you like best about the product?
The program is easy to navigate! I like how you are able to place PRs in draft mode and go back and make corrections as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to be able to speak with someone in tech support, when needed.

Sage Intacct is helping solve how to manage our budget. Sage also helps with tracking all business transactions.
