Time saver
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that we can customize so many parts of the experience for the end users. With the industry that we're in it is vital that we can make some changes on the fly and Intacct allows that flexibility in most places for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside that we've experienced in the Order Entry experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Intacct allows us to use several different modules to manage our travel workflows and spending.
Good Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I love the interface and design of Sage Intacct and the simplicity and clarity of most aspects of the software. It is well-built and a pleasure to use. Intacct helps my company keep track of our billing very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a developer, I wish more documentation was provided to allow me to build custom solutions to integrate with Sage Intacct. Additionally, sometimes the location of different pages on the website is confusing and illogical.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct is helping my company pay our bills, keep track of our vendors, and organize all our client information. It solves many aspects of our business while being easy for the average employee.
Sage Intacct is very user friendly and makes my job run very smoothly.

The constant updates make it exciting and user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the processes are very tedious and can lead to mistakes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The format is becoming more appealing.
User friendly and easy collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Use of ease when it comes to all features and can accommodate small and large businesses. The ability so collaborate and access via a cloud-based platform is great! Use for AP and AR functionality is smooth and automated and allows for smooth processing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although most features are easy to use, there is a slight learning curve for new users to make sure errors are avoided. Some slight compatibility issues but no show-stopping problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct is flexible and can be used for multiple avenues. The modules for assistance are great if extra guidance is needed and the help team is always responsive too!

Can't easily change AP invoices that have been paid. QBO much better

What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct is extremely intuitive and easy to learn for both new users and experienced accountants.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are too many ways to input data. Could be confusing for new/inexperienced users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily able to add new locations/accounts/departments to a high-growth company, while maintaining basic accounting structure.

It seems to have most features that are required

It's not very intuitive, modern, or user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing me to approve purchase orders
High quality accounting system
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to import or export files to or from excel. The multiple dimensions that can be used to classify Programs, cost centers, locations and project codes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Developing a more complete understanding of the dimensions can be challenging.

Currently deploying fixed asset accountng, next up AP automation.
Sage Intact makes it faster to complete work
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to import. It allows me to complete my invoices in a faster manner. I also love that you can email invoices, rather than mail them allowing for people to receive them in a faster manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how you have to go to many different screens to see what someone owes, and what someone has paid. That takes a lot longer to find information. There should be one place that shows all of the account activity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage intact allows us to enter information in a faster manner than we did with our other software. It also allows us to email clients directly from the program rather than having to print and scan invoices for email delivery.
Timesheets Are Easy To Use
What do you like best about the product?
We currently are only using the timesheet feature in Sage Intacct. I find it easy to use and navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the Draft and Continue feature. It would be nice if it would take you out of the timesheet so you can work on anothe rone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking of timesheets and noting which line items are billable.
