I have generally enjoyed intacct coming from Microsoft GP
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to be able to access the program from anywhere. The ease of use across platforms and integration with external products like Salesforce and floqast.
What do you dislike about the product?
The speed in which reports take to run, large data sets are painfully cumbersome. Custom reports are not very user friendly and the data structure should be improved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage intacct helps us achieve our financial reporting, accounting, month end close, and our billing process. Although it is not perfect, it works well for our SaaS company
Easily integrated, detailed accounting system
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct is easy to navigate and offers many customization options to meet my company's needs. I love the integration options that allow us to connect to other software products.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some menu options are confusing and seem to be in unexpected places, and reports are not always easy to view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can track our deferred revenue for subscriptions, reseller commissions, and general accounting.
Great accounting software
What do you like best about the product?
I like how sage let's you create different reports to your needs and what you want to see. I also like how much more secure it is with what can be edited and what can't be compared to others such as QBO.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating a custom report can be a little complicated to do but I think the more you create and the more you mess around with the custom reports I am sure it gets easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps keep our books up to date and clean. We recently switched over to sage intacct and are still learning as we go but so far it has been easy to learn.
Poor functionality in the beginning
What do you like best about the product?
THe user interface is fairy easy to understand similar to quickbooks
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting system could be better with some readly made reports already populated instead of custom creating them from a set of filters
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a basic ERp software taht helps managed our company books, I just wish it had better inventory and Sales modules

What do you like best about the product?
I love the multi-entity able under one login. I love the user-friendly aspect of the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more automation between intercompany transactions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our reporting on financials is very complex, and Sage makes it as simple as a click of a button.
Good program
What do you like best about the product?
This is so much better than Quickbookss.

Everything opens in a new window. I don't like that.

Multi company and better reporting for all agency stuff
There are some great features and some so-so features
What do you like best about the product?
The layout of the software is pretty simple to navigate. I like how you can customize your profile with your chosen color. Regarding the bill section, I like how you can put a bill on hold so you know if you should pay it or not.
What do you dislike about the product?
As powerful as the reporting section is, I find it tricky to figure out which report to pull to get my desired answers. And sometimes, when I want specific information in my report to make it easier to follow, the option to include that particular information is not an option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Where Sage helped with what I used it for what with the bills. If I received an invoice from a vendor and then checked the purchase order that went along with it and we did not receive those goods yet, I would just put the bill on hold and I could come back to it at a later time to check if we received those goods yet. It helped us with not paying for things that were not received yet.
I like to use Intacct for most of its part.
What do you like best about the product?
Versatile when booking entries. I can book an entry into different funds.I used to use Investran on which it was impossible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still need to think about its downside. So far so good.

Booking accounting entries for our Fund Admin services.

Generating any report needed. Everything is super easy to find with the customization features and the layout of the website.
What do you dislike about the product?
Intacct's downsides are that it will sometimes crash when running a large report. Or the time it takes to get a response from support.

Very easy to work with
What do you like best about the product?
The functionality of the software. Helps reduce time and become more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The non-working timer can be a problem. The other day, I was working in Sage, and it asked if I was still working in it, as I was, and if would I like to remain logged in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I stated earlier, Sage has made us more efficient. Long journal entries and far easier to handle with Sage.
