Our implementation process went over smoothly and the system is user friendly and sophisticataed
What do you like best about the product?
It is super helpful that we can track multiple entitities in one central system as well as create specific reports based on our requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some areas that can use improvement such as the search option and emailing out invoices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Intacct's simplicity is it's strength.
What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful thing about using Intacct is, as aforementioned, it's simplicity. It's built with a foundation that you would expect to see from any accounting system without all the gimmicks. You can customize from there and the integrations have been pretty seamless. If you are looking for simple processes that you can scale, this is a great system for building that without growing headcount.
What do you dislike about the product?
Least helpful part of Sage Intacct is probably their customer service model. That could be our experience but you are really relying on expertise of your implementation partners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct allows our teams to focus on the value-added part of their work, collecting cash and working with the business and helped remove unnecessary manual processes and work that we used to have in a multi-entity environment.
Great detailed system for any sized business
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of detail that you can include with each transaction helps us be able to properly label and apply our payments and receivables to the correct line of business. We operate 4 companies through Sage Intacct and are able to keep great detailed records. The amount of time spent learning the software was minimal and it is very user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't been able to find something I dislike about Sage Intacct yet. The only thing that would come to mind is an extra couple of clicks needed here and there, but I don't consider that a real issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct helps us keep detailed accounting records for each of our four businesses. We are able to attached files from our other software and make matching transactions between systems easier.
Innovative and Constantly Changing
What do you like best about the product?
It is customizable to each clients needs. We are still creating new reports for our services, and Intacct is constantly evolving to suit our needs
What do you dislike about the product?
The Accounts Receivable function makes it very hard to correct errors. Errors and adjustments also seem to be permanently captured on our reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Intacct is asking for feedback and looking for areas of improvement. This helps create a system that is constantly evolving to our needs
One of the best accounting software packages I have used
What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive and user-friendly. The software's support is also great and offers many capacities for customization using Armamino. I really enjoy how simple and easy it makes my job.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting could be better. I would have liked more pre-set options for standard reports and more options when choosing fields in the report center. I would like to be able to "favorite" certain pages or views beyond what is currently offered. I also really dislike the debit and credit memo module. I think the application of the DM and CM's are backward and don't allow for much functionality and applicability as other Sage competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I really like the AP auotmation and follow-through of those processes. It reduces time spent reviewing and tracking PR's and PO's.
Great Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how smooth booking transactions are.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, everything is great. No complaints.

It's helping with bookkeeping and journal entries.
Easy to use and works amazingly
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is up-to-date and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! Since the switch from QuickBooks, I have been unable to find negatives about the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Throughout all of our accounting processes, such as adjustments to the general ledger, to credit card, wire, and check payments, all of the processes are made easier with Sage Intacct.
Sage has been easy to pick up at a new organization
What do you like best about the product?
Sage, for the most part, is user-friendly. Once you learn your way around, there is a lot of potential for various analyses.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search function in Sage is very slow but still works as needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage works as a sufficient GL system
Great software for a general ledger. Few suggestions that would enhance user experience.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can access the general ledger and the journal entries in one system. Our old system you had to look at two separate applications. I like that you can drill into each item on the general ledger and see who posted the entry and get their backup.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you can't remove a single attachment. You have to delete all the attachments you uploaded. I also don't like that you can't delete memorized entries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of use in investigating variances/solving recs. Very easy to write up quick entries. Easy to upload entries and submit them. Instant change to the general ledger.
Loving Sage Intacct
What do you like best about the product?
Just implemented Sage Intacct for $4M org and it is incredible. Already improving our workflow and making things efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's robust so make sure you have enough time set aside to build out reporting and infrastructure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Complex reporting needs and the ability to upload numerous budgets. We have lots of grants and endless reporting requirements. This makes avoiding excel so much easier.
