MY OPINION AS A NEW USER
What do you like best about the product?
I AM A NEW USER TO SAGE INTACCT. THIS PROGRAM IS GREAT. IM THE CORPORATE CONTROLLER FOR A COMPANY AND THIS COMPANY USES SAGE. I HAVE TO SAY ITS THE BEST PROGRAM EVER.
What do you dislike about the product?
THERE ARE NOT MANY THINGS I WOULD SAY THAT I DISLIKE SAGE. THIS PROGRAM IS SUPER FRIENDLY AND VERY USER EASY TO WORK AROUND. I WOULD USE THIS PROGRAM IN THE FUTURE
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
THIS PROGRAM IS VERY USER FRIENDLY AND HAS THE ABILITY TO MANAGE ALL YOUR ACCOUNTS AND THE REPORTING FUNCTIONS ARE SO BEAUTIFUL TO WORK AROUND. THEY SOLVE LOTS OF TIME AND EFFORT OF BUILDING REPORTS

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use compared to other accounting systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there were more videos to teach first-time users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
THe integration between Intacct and PLanful is very smooth and helps us transition the data in a timely manner.
Great accounting system
What do you like best about the product?
The system is user-friendly, and the UI is intuitive for most tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still a few details that need some work. There are a few screens that, when you complete a task, will take you back to the home screen rather than the main task page, which is annoying, but not deal-breaking. The reporting could use some work for those without advanced reporting capability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The system helps us give access to information to decision-makers and managers outside of the accounting department. They no longer have to request a copy of a bill or invoice, and they can see when a bill was paid or payment was received from customers. Intacct also has the capability to hold all of your documents so there is no more paper in file cabinets or boxes.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to leverage the database to create and modify custom reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take very long for certain report packages to run, meaning it slows me down at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Intacct to record all journal entries and run a lot of important reports out of it for deliverables for our clients.

Drill down capabilities, are awesome.
You can drill down right to the level of reviewing source documents.

A bit confusing getting around at first unless you have a solid accounting background

Sage Intaact is a user friendly tool to keep track of invoices and pay bills
What do you like best about the product?
I love the bank rec tool. It helps me keep a precise tracking of all my accounts and their balances.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could edit an invoice g.l account after the books were closed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me keep track f invoices and their due dates. This way, I do not overlook them.
Fairly simple and straight to the point.

Everything is labeled and done how my company wants to set it up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it crashes randomly and I cannot complete my work for a couple minutes

Getting our purchase orders completed and in a timely manner.
Great financial software and always getting better

Easy to use, great for running various reports and creating multiple reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest issue is the import errors. Emails are very unclear on what is wrong, but Sage is working on this. Very excited about the new update.
