Training/Sage University is incredibly helpful
What do you like best about the product?
The Sage University Training is helpful for when I get stuck on a page. Also "help on this page" is extremely helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the reports and interfaces aren't the most user-friendly. Some tasks can be hard to navigate around (voided checks that have been paid, changing invoices, ect)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are a lot of grants that my clients use, and Sage makes it easy to track the progress of each grant as well as the amount still able to be used.
Neat and quick
What do you like best about the product?
The reports are helpful and organized, showing exactly what we need to see.
What do you dislike about the product?
All is good here, the program has everything we need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage intacct is helping us keep the company 'intact'.
Best Accounting System!
What do you like best about the product?
Super user friendly. I learned intacct very quickly and have enjoyed being able to find everything i have needed. Easy to switch through entities and keep everything separate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is really hard to find a solution to a problem. The "help" section was hard to find, and I dont like that i have to go to a separate section to be able to refund credit card charges.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think they have solved making bulk journal entries. I love being able to upload a massive sales journal and keep track of it during the month so when it is uploaded it isn't like I had to make tons of separate JE's.
Good multi-entity multi currency accounting platform
What do you like best about the product?
Good accounting engine with robust processes. Secure processes to restrict view and edit access. Being on the cloud has allowed our team to work together from anywhere which is a step up from Sage50. Good learning platform to train how to use the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of friendly and easy-to-use UI, need to go around in loops to access a specific report or do a certain process. Cannot have multiple tabs to flick between screens.
No OCR automation inbuilt unlike other tools to reduce entry time.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To have the option to do intercompany billings and combinations. Able to do a consolidation of all group companies in one click. Able to work together as a team as the platform is on the cloud.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the customization the program offers. You can customize almost everything feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside that the program may have is the execution of the recurring. I did have trouble with the recurring performing successfully.

Huge Upgrade
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct is a robust platform that allows our finance team to invoice, collect payment, remit sales tax, pay bills and report on on all of our information far better and more efficiently than we did on Quickbooks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is sometimes difficult to configure Custom Reports as the interface is not entirely user friendly, and what I would consider "standard" functions are add-ons that you must pay additional for

Ease of reporting, sales tax compliance
Sage Intacct offers various features, is easy to navigate, and is reliable.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is so user friendly and there are many ways of getting to the same place. Reports are easy to set up and save a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I don't find helpful about Sage Intacct.

It provides easy ways to analyze financial data and download financial statements. I am more productive due to these features.
Sage Intacct
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct has been amazing, it is very user-friendly for our company. We have benefitted from the efficiency as well as the great communication and quick responses from the support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing major that comes to mind that I would say we dislike about Sage Intacct. So far everything has moved along smoothly with little to none hiccups in our process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct is solving proper coding and budgeting throughout our organization. The accounting side is beneficial in many ways to make sure our bills get paid by the correct departments.
Great Product
What do you like best about the product?
Love the document imaging and capability to do everything I need to from anywhere. Allows participation from and transparency to our managers as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing is perfect but there are a couple of modules that need improvements- AR approval workflows and better ability for approvers to edit invoices for sure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project cost management and reporting, accounting and payable efficiencies, financial reporting.

There is a lot of useful data. and billing has been smooth.

Certain things need to be done exactly a certain way in order for things to be useful
