Great software for accounting!
What do you like best about the product?
There are many ways to integrate the different departments and keep most things within the program rather than using outside sources. The Checklist portion of intacct has made a significant impact on my company and our ability to work on multistep projects. Overall we are glad we use intacct.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is pretty high compared to other software, which is a downside for smaller companies. Also there are some usability issues with the comment system in that you have to go back to the beginning of the list of comments when you click on a comment and want to go back to the rest. One other thing is that there is no way to search partial names or amounts for vendors. For example you know the vendor has the word "place" in the name but you can't remember the rest of the name, you can't search "place" and it brings up "first Place" it would only bring up names with the first part of the name being "place" so "place first" would show up but not the vendor "first place".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are making it easier to integrate different outside programs and uploading of bills to make our team more productive and have to spend less time on menial work.

Its a very user friendly and easy to use software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing i could suggest is maybe a chat function for quick trouble shooting

Allows accounting team to be more efficient and produce financial statements quickly

What do you like best about the product?
It is very user-friendly. Easy to navigate and use. Love the customization options to cater to your business and the reporting capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Bank Reconciliation process could use a little work. I feel as if it is not as user-friendly as other accounting software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The consolidation of our business accounting. We have a bunch of clinics that our revenues flow from.
First time user
What do you like best about the product?
I like the point and click part of intacct. Everything is very detailed and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how some items are not able to be deleted, but instead you have to reverse them which clutters the General ledger. I think if there is a small mistake you should be able to delete.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct is helping the company put together financial statements to the board.
My overall experience with this software has been a pleasant one.
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct makes the everyday tasks of accounting simpler by allowing the user to stay organized with an easy to use system. I would recommend this software to anyone in the accounting industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much that I don't like about the software. But, if I was to pick one thing, it would be the bank reconciling feature. I don't think it is that easy to use and could be fine tuned a little bit to make it more user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a new accounting team and Intacct has really allowed us to get the new guys up to speed while also staying on top of daily and monthly tasks that need to get done.
Best cloud ERP for SMBs and nonprofits
What do you like best about the product?
Vast network of 3rd party integrations: everything from AP automation to FP&A tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The report writer could definitely be more user friendly.

Easy to use and customize
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Sage Intacct for six years now to handle accounts payable for our church. In addition to making expenses tracking a breeze for us, I appreciate the "duplicate last check" feature as many of our bills are the same each month. The Reports feature is SOOOO helpful at tax time to help us find vendors that are eligible for W9's. It also has a multiple campus feature which will come in handy when we launch a second church campus in the near future. Would definitely recommend giving this software a look for accounts payable needs!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if we could have the ability to adjust where the memo line appears on our checks. We recently changed check vendors and the memo now prints in the border of the check. Unfortunately after speaking with Intacct I found that this feature was not available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking our expenses by vendor and fund each year. The robust reports feature makes it easy to customize the data so you get all of what you need and none of what you don't.
Easy to pick up
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is relatively easy to pickup, especially if you have prior ERP experience. Also that there are help articles available for the specific page that you are working.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more full, in-depth guides to each module.

Business Record storage. This help tremedously when it comes time for our audit or reconciling old items.
Intuitive easy to use software that is also full of flexibility to meet your custom needs
What do you like best about the product?
With the help of an implementation vendor, Sage was set up to exactly set up processes and procedures that aligned with our best practices.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was flexibility to merge accounts numbers and history for those accounts.

The bank reconciliation process is highly automated and saves significant time.
Streamline your Finances/Accounting with Sage Intacct
What do you like best about the product?
One of the things I love about this software is its user-friendly interface. It's easy to navigate, and the dashboard comes in super handy. I can quickly access my income statement, balance sheet, and other reports that help me stay on top of my finances. The AP and AR modules are game changing!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are also capabilities for a lot of features so you can get lost sometimes if you add them all, but this could also be a positive for a more complex organization.

Sage Intacct solves financial management problems such as manual data entry, lack of real-time visibility, and difficulty in consolidating information. It provides automation, real-time insights, and easy-to-use tools for financial management, saving time and costs, improving accuracy, and helping businesses to grow and succeed.
