The process still can be minimized, which helps us in a more fantastic time saving

Presently Intacct is the easy to use and best in class for your accounting and book keeping for small, medium and large scale business

What do you like best about the product?
Project Module & contract module are best. And we can input the extensive data by using Excel Upload templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
After contract uploads, if we want to make any changes need to do manually on each lines items in the contract.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can do invoicing for a client with a single click, which is very beneficial for a large volume of invoices to generate. And recognization of revenue has become simpler when compared to other software. For cash management, we can apply plenty of checks by just uploading the respective template. Frankly, to speak, there is hell no of benefits we have after migrated to Intacct from the old software. Thanks & great rewards to the research & development team of INTACCT.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to navigate and you can have several different companies. I also love the JE import feature, a total life changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to customize exports to excel when digging through data
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Importing budgets to get budget vs. actual instead of keeping track on a spreadsheet. Managers that are not within the office can be anywhere to look at their financial information.
Great rescue for our accounting and finance process,does pretty good and modernize the process.

Sage Intacct is a very powerful tool and does an incredible job of managing accounting and finance data.
Enable one to approve journal entries and bills online smoothly.
Also, manage well the accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Uploading and creating any accounting entries is fast and easy.
Another fantastic thing is that it tracks time and all activities present, thus allowing work to flow efficiently.
Bank reconciliations are easily automated.
Handle multiple entries very easily, making end month closing quick.

I would wish to have more flexibility in the reporting ,the rest we really enjoy and has a positive impact to our company.

1. Accounts Receivable module of Intacct helped to streamline our receivables to keep track and ensures our collections are received promptly.

1. Creating custom reports with complex logic for commissions, referrals based on transactions in Intacct to be improved.

1. It helps organizations as a one-stop solution to all their accounting and reporting needs.
2. It helped us to better manage our receivables and payables, which in turn improved our working capital management.

The product is priced affordable in the marketplace and if one is growing rapidly and need to streamline their finance, accounting, and reporting. One can always think of Intacct as their choice.
User-friendly System
What do you like best about the product?
Intacct is easy to learn, and it has got some really great features
What do you dislike about the product?
People who are using other systems can find Intacct a bit manual as the invoices are not automatically generated
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am generating invoices, creating credit memos. It is easy to copy invoices and credit memos.
Sage Intacct is an excellent choice for small to mid sized businesses

Ease of Use, Financial Reporting, Automation, dimensions, flexibility, help menus, templates and many more!
What do you dislike about the product?
Regular Custom Reporting doesn't cross GL with the modules. You have to purchase the ICWR for this capability for this capability. Also, would love to be able to 'Update" via import some other areas for existing records like Employees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project reporting is excellent, and financial reporting capabilities make it ideal for account reconciliation and research.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the time to consider your end results for Financial Reporting and do not rush. Especially redesigning the chart of accounts so you can get the reporting needs using the dimensions you need.
Strong Fund Accounting Software
What do you like best about the product?
I like the functionality of this software; Sage-Intact seems to meet every need we have as a not for profit.
What do you dislike about the product?
The build is cumbersome, I definitely recommend using a contractor familiar with Sage-Intact to process this step.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a not-for-profit, we need to ensure that there is no comingling of funds from several of our grantors. Sage-Intact can help us track each grant individually.
Incredibly powerful encapsulated ERP system!
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct is an incredibly comprehensive system. It allows you to focus with an unrivalled depth into any single aspect of your financials. Regardless of the size of the aspect, the ability to report on it is extensive. I personally love the Financial Report Writer, you can on demand create reports which are tailored to exactly how you need them to be. Allowing for professional, detailed and accurate reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
For someone who has never used a financial system before, the learning curve is steep. Understandably with the product tailored more towards the US market, some terminologies do take some getting used to, but it is just a case of learning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The system allows you to fixate on the elements of your business that other smaller software cannot tailor to. Because of the sheer level of customization, my processes can be exactly how I need them to be.
