What do you like best about the product?
I loved having an account rep like Kirby that when I was getting frustrated with the product, could reach out to for support and to help push things along. I really felt well taken care of as a customer.

Ryan Holderfield in support was also a major pro! That guy deserves a raise.
What do you dislike about the product?
I definitely poked some holes in the API and found the documentation for it extremely confusing. I also had a bit of trouble with support wasting my time giving me Google searchable answers when I had a much higher degree of technicality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Intacct allows us that multi dimensional book keeping across multiple entities with ease. This gave us an anchor point for our business management and project management platform to integrate cohesive billing and customer management.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Although it's a fairly tedious integration process, once you're setup it's an absolutely wonderful platform to be in.

Intacct is a powerful tool

What do you like best about the product?
It is a powerful tool for reporting and accounting. Intacct is very customizable, the dimensions are great, and it's been very helpful for our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's expensive. It does not have everything up front, although they pretty much offer everything you need for an additional price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is our accounting software.

What do you like best about the product?
Allocation dynamics which help to develop more detailed documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not easy to use when it comes to report creation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The size of the event was the most impressive thing for me. I never went to such a broad and insightful case. My favorite part of the meeting was an expo where we met numerous stakeholders who can support our business to boost its strength and performance. This conference provided an excellent opportunity to meet and learn a lot through networking. Hands-on training was my favorite part of the classes. It provided me with a chance to get to know Saige Intact better and provided me with many tricks and tips.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is the market's best accounting technology.

What do you like best about the product?
We can manage multiple companies at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to update certain information on an invoice after the check is cut. Also, the viewing options on the Bills section, could have more options; like the payment information without having to go into every invoice t get this info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
its much simpler than other programs.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how we were able to integrate our banks and payments with intacct so we are able to make the payments directly from Intacct. It has improved our efficiency and has made our lives a lot easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fixed asset module could be better. It is a little hard to name and find old assets. It is a little hard to navigate and understand. If they were to improve this module I would find it very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Intacct has helped us reduce risk.

What do you like best about the product?
Cloud based, intuitive program that has enabled us to improve our processes! Continual improvements to the program based on our user feedback! Intacct is easy to use and has saved me time in my daily processes which allows me to achieve more every day. I also really like that our IT group has been able to help us automate additional department processes by integrating other software to import data automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some modules such as the prepaid and fixed asset don't seem as sophisticated as the main ledger and sometimes function differently. We've had a small number of transactions that have had errors but the system didn't have an error notification that we would have an error in the module. I think this might be because we've customized some of our dimensions and might need to implement some additional rules, so we're working on that. Overall even though we had a few errors I really like these modules over what we have used in the past; we're still receiving time savings by using Intacct for prepaid and fixed assets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
improved processes and reduced time to complete processes in many areas!

Intacct has improved our accounting processes and has saved us time and resources.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best aspects of Sage Intacct is the ease of use. The user does not need to know the system front and backwards to get the information that he or she needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime the AP functionalities do not update to what is expected. Meaning duplicating a Bill in AP will create issues if you are not paying attention to what you are doing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the best qualities of the software is availability and access to the data. I can run reports all the time without having to wait for something to refresh overnight.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Price to Quality is very important. The transition to Intacct woould be seemless.

Saving time & money

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Sage Intacct is cloud-based. Our team can access the platform from anywhere. We also really like the flexibility with dimensions. We can better understand the nuances of our expenses and revenue. The report builder is easy to duplicate and edit reports. I like that you can integrate Chatter. It's really easy to ask questions about expenses right in the system. I highly recommend that you use the feature of printing checks with signatures. We do that for checks under $10k and it really speeds up our approval processes. Another upside is how easily Intacct integrates with other systems. I like how easily the system integrates with Expensify. Expensify is a great tool and it integrates pretty seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the difficulty of reporting. Reports aren't as straightforward as in other systems. The fact that we can't run a report with any start and end date without ending the full report is odd. It's also difficult to upload our org. budget.

I wish it was easy to see who expenses were missing approvals from. We have multiple approvers and I find it difficult to know who to follow up with to ask for them to go in and submit their approval!

I also wish it was possible to see what other users see. Sometimes we're trying to troubleshoot and need to share screens to see what one another see.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're solving the problem of enabling team members to have clear data about the expenses and revenue they're managing to. We're also problem solving around having the ability to access our financial records anywhere we go. Since the tool is cloud-based, it's easy to login wherever on a wide array of devices. The scheduled reporting also allows us to share financial information around the organization with little to no effort. Additionally, Sage Intacct integrates seamlessly with a number of programs that have helped us improve our efficiency and transparency.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would advise them to get a partner for implementation. I would also advise them to speak with people in their industry that use the tool. I would advise them to get really clear on what historical data they need from the old system prior to the migration.
