Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
The options available that create accounting shortcuts for daily tasks and month end.
What do you dislike about the product?
Alot of the add-ons offered appear very useful but are too expensive for smaller companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Decreasing time used for month end. Benefits are the capabilities and the learning resources.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy learning about the new features and software that Sage is creating to provide better support, reporting, and creating a knowledge database to help companies make better informed decisions that will affect its future.
What do you dislike about the product?
dislikes are a minimum as i believe this software is the future in this business. The helps this software create is immense and nothing can compare to what Sage can provide. If there was a dislike its the cost but a big saying of mine is that you get what you pay for, so its worth the investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to get a more accurate budget process, streamlining vendor payments,forecasting, the list goes on. The Sage platform is above an beyond the best thing on the market. We are excited about the new changed wit the time sheets and Sage people and cant wait to see what the future brings.

Sage Intacct has made us a more productive company and given us more control.
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct is an easy to use intuitive system. The dimensions give us the ability to slice and dice our data in many ways. It allows us to provide our staff with the most meaningful reports. And it allows finance to have much greater controls over our spending.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the cost of additional features such as budget and planning are cost prohibitive for those of us in the non profit world.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We install the purchasing module this year. This allows us to use the approval flow to get many of our expenditures in advance. Giving finance and management much greater control.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take your time and really think about how you want to get your data out of the system. That determines your dimension structure.
Great Software, very user friendly and customizible.

Ease of use and that we can share dashboards with leadership and various departments and project managers.
What do you dislike about the product?
having to buy different modules for alot of the new changes that come out.

Project reporting and transparency with the company's leadership.

Great software easy to use and very interactive.

easy month-end close, excellent functionality, importing journal entries, attaching documents to transactions

Would like an easier dashboard development tool.

Good value. Love cloud-based performance and reliability. My audits are so much easier now.
Informative, Nice Pace
What do you like best about the product?
I think Linda is a great speaker. Also, I've learned some new things regarding dimensions that I will start using in order to get rid of a giant excel tracker we currently use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the sales calls are relentless afterwards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think we just aren't fully utilizing it. We could do so much more. I've been talking with some intacct employees on perhaps getting an audit or changing partners.
Easy to use and access
What do you like best about the product?
easy to administrate, use and access from anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the support is lacking. I'm forced to go to my partner company and spend $200 an hour for tasks that are not that difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlined the integration of our operational software.
Intacct allows us to confidently control our environment.
What do you like best about the product?
We are able to look at information in real time and determine the best way to use the information in order to build reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would want to see open periods in a report. The report writer could be more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to look into our labor costs and see exactly what is happening by using statistical accounts and comparisons.

The leadership content. The attention to detail.
What do you dislike about the product?
there was content i missed through session conflict (SaaS valuation metrics) which with hindsight I'd have preferred to the CFO track I was in. Perhaps some SaaS valuation KPI and M&A content can make its way into the CFO track next year?

Dimensions enable us to segment our data in meaningful ways with integrity and confidence

What do you like best about the product?
The best upside about Intacct is the ability to work from anywhere on any computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
System is slow when upload a big journal entry. Also, the GL Detail unable to pull report if there are a lot of data.

Ease of access and great functionality.
