A Fantastic Experience
What do you like best about the product?
On top of Intacct being very affordable, I have found it to be extremely easy to use. Typically, ease of use indicates that the application isn't robust and powerful. With Intacct I have found it is actually both powerful and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Intacct gives you the ability to institute many customization. Along with this is the ability to critically impact the use of the system if you don't setup the customization correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently we are using Intacct specifically for the accounting and reporting modules. It handles all of our AP bills, financial reporting and general ledger needs.

What do you like best about the product?
The use of dimensions and the ease of use. Also the help is very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Does not have an AP Automation or Payroll Solution, have to use partner solutions. Also, have to go through VAR for support vs. going directly through Intacct. Also, Fixed Assets module could use some improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting is much better and ability to create new reports and graphs. Also, like the dashboard features.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite aspect of Sage Intacct is the ability to attach electronic documents to our purchasing transactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to have an integrated timesheet program

Love the reporting - makes audit time much easier
Easy to pick up GL

The ability to have multiple dimension set up

Prepaid and Fixed assets module - they are not very intuitive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GL system. I switched from Quickbooks online to Intacct so this is definitely a great upgrade. The JE import is definitely a great benefit that QBO doesn't offer
Easy to use and great dimesions
What do you like best about the product?
The product is very intuitive and has multiple dimensions you can include to assist in reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting can feel a little clunky at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
General ledger data and reporting. Consolidations has been a life saver as well.

Implement well and itll be smooth sailing!

Up to date with technological enhancements, the system does interfund accounting in the background, scheduling reports to lead staff
What do you dislike about the product?
Additional features/new add on are subscription based, cannot restrict users to certain GL accounts, building financial reports can be complicated

Reduced manual processes, significant cost savings, Remote accessibility, increased efficiency, ability to partner with best-in-class solutions

What do you like best about the product?
I like how professional the event is everything looks and feels like it was planned out by the best of the best. I also like how their are many options in breakout classes. The venue locations have been great as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
My main complainant is that many breakout sessions are about third party software I feel like the breakout sessions should be about learning how to best use Intacct and not sales pitches that is what the expo is for

The main problem we are solving is re-entry of data in multiple systems. Additionally, we are using it to link to our other software
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure that you think through the implementation very well as that is what will determine if you make the most use out of the software

The only downside has been my users' resistance to change.
