Intacct Review
What do you like best about the product?
Intacct is very intuitive and although they offer a wide variety of training, I have been able to train myself on how to perform most tasks due to this. It is also a software that companies can grow with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The prepaid module is the only area that could require some improvement, it is a little clunky and not as intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a very high number of transactions and with the new revenue recognition guidance their new Contracts module will be a life saver. Using this we will be able to comply with the new guidance and perform the necessary MEA allocations needed in the system.
Like that everything at the cloud.
What do you like best about the product?
That everything at the cloud, can access from any location.
Several people can use it at the same time.

Need to improve Purchase order module. Not much flexibility and do not like the value approval process.

I like custom fields, and custom reporting.

We have realized a great benefit from the contracts module.

What do you like best about the product?
Intacct has allowed our firm to gain significant efficiency growth in our financial reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
while report writing is robust, the limitations on formatting can be quite frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to take our financial statements out of excel and put them in Intacct allowing us much easier and faster reporting each month. Making any changes in one place immediately changes every effected report. We have saved countless hours this way!

What do you like best about the product?
Robust reporting capability, digital reporting dashboard exclusive for a SaaS company tops its abilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably GST and VAT processing and reporting capability. But there are native add-ons and modules within Intacct that can address this problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SaaS company Metrics reporting capability - Intacct has it!
User friendly product that is easy to navigate.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that i can create FS reports and that i can drill down on any account and get all the information that I need.

I dislike the fact that it is very hard to create froward reports for the prepaid module.

We are solving efficiency prole ms and we are now able to get manager information quicker.

non users friendly look feels like an antiquated system but the beta test looked like it mAY FIX IT

i think the reporting features can use some revamping and easier to produce.

cloud based, visibility, efficiency. we have only scratched the surface of what Intacct can do

only transfer historical data balances rather than details
Intacct gives me the tools to provide meaningful reports to my clients
What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard capabilities are incredible, especially when you take advantage of statistical reporting. Instead of spending so much time on pulling together the info, Intacct allows me to focus on the results to give meaningful insight and trends since it pulls the data for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of time it takes to implement the system. Also it is not possible to make simple reclasses while reviewing financials.

Measuring profitability by projects and a closer look of cash flow.
