Intacct is very easy to use and perfect for accounting oriented tasks
What do you like best about the product?
I love Intaccts dashboard customizability features. Sage Intacct allows for complete customization of charts & visuals with easy to use access for team members inside the organization. I create dashboard almost every single month and enjoy all of its features.
Sage Intacct does a great job with customer support as well. If I am uncertain of how to use any features, customer support is willing to work with you to help you out.
In terms of integration with other softwares, Sage Intacct also allow for creation of automated data workflows, which is great for many reasons.

What do you dislike about the product?
Formatting of reports could use some more customizability. In addition to a possible integration with Power BI..that would be wonderfull!

It is very user friendly and All things considered, its emphasis on automation and streamlined procedures aids in raising the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations

ome may find the implementation process to be complex and time-consuming, requiring a significant investment of resources.

As businesses grow, Sage Intacct scales with them, supporting additional users, entities, and financial complexities without major disruptions

My team's manual data entry and mistake rates have significantly decreased because to Sage Intacct's exceptional automation of financial procedures.

It's High price and sometimes I faced glitches

1. Ease to you for Multi-Entity Companies
2. Easy to Implement in any accounting policies.
3. Has numerous features in recording accounting transactions

5. The beta interface is much better for filtering.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. Custom Reporting is a big task when the company has multi-entities, where the reports should be pulled based on entity level and not a top entity which consumes more time in the reporting part.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Sage Intacct is very useful when it comes to integration between other websites such as Bill.com, RAMP, etc.. which make it a flexible with any other software.
Very User Friendly for All Positions
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we are now able to post an overpayment all in one transaction. Before, we had to apply the overpayment in two actions, a regular payment, then an advance payment for the remaining credit.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any other suggestions on the AR end of the system

easy to bill large amounts of invoices to import with a quick import response
Sage is one of the better programs I have used.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how fast the program is. The ease of use. I also like how imformative it is. Attenchen to detail and conecting to outher apps is smooth.

Ocasionaly the information does not match up.

The ease of creating documents andf the option to change them is wonderful.

- For almost all AR related tasks there is an upload file available to upload information in batch which saves a lot of time on daily basis.
- It is easy to navigate around Sage Intacct.
- It has multiple integrations available with other softwares which turns cash posting process smoother and faster.
- There is a Sandbox version available where one can try out any ideas of process improvements without taking any risks.
- The Help Page available for every section that one works on in Sage Intacct is a big time-saver. This allows to narrow down the scope of information provided and saves time on finding exactly what is need in less time.

What do you dislike about the product?
- There are some limitations for adjustment allocation to an invoice in different currency. One has to work around the system to allocate adjustment in one currency to an invoice in different currency.
- Allocating manually credit notes raised in Order Entry module to invoices raised in AR module is time consuming. It would be great if the system could automatically match these two off.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct helps me and my team save time on repetitive tasks, we use upload files to upload data in batches. This is also helps minimizing human error while introducing data. As the software is cloud based, it makes my work much easier working remotely.
There are a lot of possibilities in Sage, however I'm still trying to get my footing with using it
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the reporting capabilities are diverse and that you can really drill down on specific dimensions. I also like the whole methodology of "dimensions." They create a cleaner set of records and allow for a lot of customization
What do you dislike about the product?
I really dislike that we cannot edit AP Bills after they have been paid. In our old system we would often use this to modify coding or split a large bill between many departments. This was cleaner than doing a manual journal entry and kept all of the data together int he same record.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct is helping my team solve the issue of not having good reports and an easy way to distribute those reports amongst different deparments within the organization
