Upgrade from Sage 200
What do you like best about the product?
The most useful feature of Sage Intacct is being able to edit journals instead of having to reverse and re-post.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful aspect of Sage Intacct is that the errors that it gives aren't very user friendly and are hard to understand, sometimes seemingly not relating to the problem at all
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to post between entities/companies has saved our business a lot of time.

Cloud based system, simple setup easy to navigate

Too many things are related only to accounting, need to have more generic terms. More customization

Low priced software

What do you like best about the product?
My main job is shipping, I occasinally use this when needing to order from local vendors. So, my time in Sage is limited, so far so good tho! Really, as as silly as it sounds, love the dash boards, easy to follow prompts.

as it pertains to my job, i dont have anythin i dislike.

Transitioned from NetSuite to Intacct
What do you like best about the product?
It is both simple and comprehensive. Its easy to learn with simplified workflows but it is everything you need to transact for ecommerce.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not a fan of the global search functionality. NetSuite has a much better global search feature. Im going to miss that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The reason we transitioned from NetSuite is because they couldn't properly handle eCommerce complexities with fulfilling orders. Intacct does handle these issues for us. Issues like: fulfilling from multiple warehouses & buy to order or dropshipping all within the same order. About 40% of our business is buy to order or dropshipped and this makes a huge difference in accurately accounting for our inventory and the speed of doing business in eCommerce.
Not extremely user friendly

Easily connects accounting needs with Purchase orders
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really user friendly, and a lot more buttons to push to process PO's.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to have a program to use while we wait on our other system. This benefits me by allowing us to have a program to process purchase orders.

We previously had NetSuite and found it was more than we needed, so we are using Intacct now
New to the Sage System
What do you like best about the product?
Sage is a very user friendly system. I appreciate the Sage University feature, which helps guide you through using the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the system was more customizable and friendly to the purchasing side of a business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage has helped automate our process at a much lower cost than the system we were using previously.
User Friendly with Clear Menus
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how concise and clear menu options are. I also appreciate the additional help and training options allowing users to become more familiar with the program. The Reports option is easy to find, and the Hyperlinks are super easy to click, and the program will automatically drill deeper into a particular transaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only comment I have is that those without some basic computer database usage may find the depth of menus overwhelming.

Sage Intacct - Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct is the software which I use frequently in my job and I am using this accounting software from past 3 years both in my old & present orgnaisation. And to be honest, I am so familiar with Intacct that this is the most easy software in my app section and I can mark my skill to 5 out of 5. So, we had implemented Intacct against Tally ERP 9, but I found much easy to use than the Tally. Its interface and generating the report for analysis. Mostly I love it when it provided multiple template for importing the entries, vendor or employee creation in a second. and it is also to integrate it various software like for payroll and all. Te best part is it has very responsive customer support, who take ownership and respond you back asap.
What do you dislike about the product?
No, dislike. Now its my saver for reporting and reconcilation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Intacct supports multiple entity management, and it is top of the tab you can easily scroll the companies you want. whereas this help me to save lot of times.
