What do you like best about the product?
I like that reports end up being much more detailed than we had prior to Sage. I also find it easy to use and navigate when working with accounts receivable.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of options that we werent used to having and sometimes i think we made things more complicated for ourselves, but it does really help to see details of where the money is going.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with fine tuning the details for how the money is distributed within our organization.
Not bad but could be better

I like it's simplicity and its ability to export financial statements.
What do you dislike about the product?
However there are limitations with the filtering and dimension options when maneuvering around. I also wish they would have a way for the bank reocnciliation screen could export an excel format as well.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that Sage is straightforward and easy to use. Sage also has so many free educational videos with hands-on training.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that Sage is not as "smart" as NetSuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are simplifing the accounting software and making our systems more automated.

I have enjoyed working with Sage Itacct. It is very user friendly.

There are planty of customer help resources available. It is very easy to navigate and very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not sure of any downsides as I have not used all the different processes available.

Being able to easily receive payments and make credit and debit memo adjustments.
So-so, but clunky in places. Member Masterclass is a bonus.

The timesheet functionality is easy to use.

The expense report functionality is clunky. If you save an attachment but forgot to upload a file, you have to start again with a new attachment.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. Not a full ERP solution—limited functionality for inventory, HR, CRM, or manufacturing compared to systems like NetSuite or Dynamics 365

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps handling complex revenue management clients. We can do automation of billing schedule, recurring bills. It is also very useful for global consolidation and I've used it for so many clients.
