Intuitive and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive, easy to use, good interface, easy to create and update reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
More clicks to view nominal activity than Sage 50.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving more automation and efficiency.
Intacct for employee expenses
What do you like best about the product?
We have used Intacct mostly for processing employee expense payments. It is easy to use. I know there are other aspects of Intacct that we are not maximizing and our new CFO plans to create more dashboards for us to use. I look forward to learning more about how we can use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific comes to mind. I just am not aware of all the ways we can use it.

Processing employee expense reports and payments.

Ease of intergration to other systems
The best and easiest system I've used so far!
What do you like best about the product?
Excellent customer support and implementation process. Easy to manage when comes to invoices, imports, pay runs and various reports. Very clean and intuitive. Posibility of managing and building reports to your liking. Great option of linking the bank, so matching to what's on the system is nice and effortless especially managing multiple accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there's not a lot I don't like about Sage Intacct. It's simpler than Sage 50 and 200 I worked on and many other systems I came across last 7 years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's such a time saver in many AP related areas!
Perfect Accounting Product
What do you like best about the product?
The variety and customizablity of keeping track of bills and checks. I use it every day and have yet to find any deal breaker problems with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
When making vendors, the vendor ID can't be changed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me keep track of all the different bills I have from the beginning of business.
Easy to understand and navigate
What do you like best about the product?
I like the AP and AR parts the best. It is very easy to use and easy to understand. The implementation of Avid to Sage was very easy, had a lot of support and help from the implementation team. They made it very easy for the two to talk to each other, and it makes it easier for me to get approvals on invoices. I use both systems all day every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting is a little hard from time to time. Not as straight forward as the rest of the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not sure of any problems they are solving. So I cannot answer this fully.

I like most about Sage Intacct is the ease of use and quick adjustments that can be made

Something I don't enjoy about Intacct is that sometimes files can take a while to load

Sage intaact allows our agency to document and save our work.
Sage Intacct is best for midsize firm
What do you like best about the product?
I have discovered Sage new feature multi entity and it is very good thing for multi entity clients. You can post any entry in main-entity but it will still shows in all entities. It is very impactful feature for my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sage intacct has many good feature but it can be be improved its multi entity feature sometimes it is taking too much time to load and post transaction so it’s time taking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct is very useful for my midsize client for their retail business and it is very insightful and easy to use. And also it is useful in my project accounting.
Great App
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intaacct has a nice flow to its setup it allows me to do what i need to do without any issues. Any issues I may have the customer support team was right there to walk me through its use, seeing as how i will be using this pretty frequently I am glad its easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
None this webpage and app work like a charm.
