Sage Intacct
What do you like best about the product?
The abiliuty to automate processes and save time

There are no downsides, there are just a few enhancements that would make the product even better

Intacct Works Great for Accounting`
What do you like best about the product?
Intacct offers a variety of features that help me do my job more efficiently. I use Intacct everyday, and I really enjoy using it. Additionally, I found it easy to learn to use Intacct! I felt like a pro in no time, and I love how new features are explained in pop-ups!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could edit contract lines at any time instead of having to create new contract lines anytime something changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Intacct is helping us streamline our accounting processes.
Integrations lacking
What do you like best about the product?
It seems built for large simple operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integrations don't work in the way we need with salesforce, or at least not in a way that's helpful.
One salesforce account to one sage customer relationship doesn't work for billing multiple bank accounts for one customer.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It does automate some billing features but not all subscription scenarios.
New User, no training received.
What do you like best about the product?
It was fast to get my account's login. The website is easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was more friendly for new users. There was no tutorial when I first logged in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Paying clients and reimbursement for staff.
Best ERP system I've used in 10 years
What do you like best about the product?
I love that everything is in on system. There is no back and forth between multiple erp's to get the same result. I use this every second of my work day and it was so smooth to be trained on and train others on as well. I've never had an issue with reaching out for customer support either.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I like all the features I've used and seen thus far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the speed and accuracy of having invoices posted for our clients. It will take no less than a full business day to have all of their documents uploaded.
Easy to use and good features
What do you like best about the product?
Sage has wide range of features and is easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
Help on technical issues sometimes is not helpful and time taking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Sage Intacct to provide AP Automation and AR Automation for our clients. Sage Intacct helps us provide optimised solutions and predictions to our clients which solves cash flow issues and gives cash flow predictions and helps in maintaining working capital.
Good comprehensive accounting system
What do you like best about the product?
Much more user-friendly than MIP, easy to implement (particularly switching from MIP), cloud capabilities, robust support database
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to go through a third-party for implementation, integration with third-party applications is sketchy
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making bank reconciliations easier (saves hours every month)
I have worked in Sage Intacct for 4 years now and have never had any problems.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is very user friendly and can do anything you need accounting wise.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of any downsides or anything I do not like about Sage Intacct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work with Accounts Receivable and Sage Intacct makes my job very easy. I can easily look at outstanding invoices and even email bills from the website.
Very needed change
What do you like best about the product?
We loving having a cloud based software which allows our accounting team to work remotely. After switching from Quickbooks, we now have to follow basic accounting principals and procedures which were to easy to work around in the last software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The asset management software could use a face lift as it is somewhat confusing. You are unable to update assets such as serial numbers once the assets are created. The inventory management system is somewhat combersom as well for a smaller inventory team, but has nice features once set up and used properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The entire AP process is now automated and is a huge time savings. It also has great import features for month end reporting.
A Key Part to Our Success
What do you like best about the product?
Sage has dynamic and robust reporting options allowing us to drill-down into the general ledger and tell the story of our business by company, location, and department.
What do you dislike about the product?
While custom reporting and dashboarding is available and useful, any updating after its built can be cumbersome when doing it yourself
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct integegrates with BILL and our bank and allows us to streamline our monthly bank reconciliations and believe in the accuracy of the reporting.
