What do you like best about the product?
The cash management after set up is very simple and quick to use, The rules save alot of time on processing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to switch between Top level & entity level for different parts of accounting postings. E.g cash management you need to stay at top level & SL posting needs to be in entity level
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is cutting down on time management in regards to manual postings. Can create recurring invoices, bank rules etc

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the reporting part of Sage. We get a detailed look into the finance side and this gives us a good insights into the business accounts. I also like that it is cloud-bassed, so we can access it anywhere at all.
The automation and integration features are fab also. It has helped us cut down on manual work and keep everything running smoothly.
Overall, it's been a huge help in managing our finances well.

What do you dislike about the product?
Getting Sage Intacct set up just right can be a bit tricky. It'd be helpful to have a simpler setup process I think.
While the reporting is robust, it can be overwhelming for those new to the platform. Cost can be a hurdle for smaller businesses, so having more flexible pricing options would make it more accessible. And while the customer support team knows their stuff, sometimes they take a while to get back to you. It'd be great if they could speed things up a bit for a smoother experience.

Sage Intacct solves the integration and consolidation needs of the business and it streamlines financial operations without manual work. It has real-time visibility and customizable reports which enable swift, data-driven decisions. The Automation tools reduces errors and boosts productivity, while scalability supports our growing needs. In short, Sage Intacct enhances accuracy, efficiency, and agility in financial management.

What do you like best about the product?
I work in the accounts department,so sage intacct made my life very easy with running statemets every month i do it now within 5mins. when at 1St it took me a hold day.

The allocation part of the system is crazy

The program saves memory and adds it to my next invoice for example the product line which takes me time to change.
The program doesn't allow us to see our daily sales which is important to us as we are partially commision based.

intercompany JV charge out really easy, cost will pick up automatically by opposite entity, whcih is saving lots time.

Not being able to reclass credit card transactions once they are paid

The amount of time it takes to complete our annual audit has been cut in half

What do you like best about the product?
This platform is well functioning with good flexibility. It has transformed our managing skills. The many features has enabled it to be much effective to us. The UI is friendly and good looking. With this platform everything is customizable.

Sometimes it takes much time to open. Otherwise it's well functioning, I appreciate it.

This platform has saved much of our time shifting from one software to another for management. It has all in one, I like it.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Sage Intacct is that it's modern and sleek with a very clean user interface that's easy to use. It also contains a lot of powerful features to make it easier to run our accounts department and perform various tasks such as raising invoices on the AR and AP side, making payment runs, sending out remits and statements, receiving payments and allocating them to invoices. Plus the system is cloud based which makes it easy to implement and with frequent updates and not having to install or update softare on localised machines makes it easy to integrate into the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Sage Intacct is not being able to download same day transactions on the bank feed and instead we have to wait until the next day before we see them which can cause a delay in payment allocations. I've also noticed that we can't add in a PO number in the reference of an old invoice from a locked period, I can understand we can't amend the values because it can affect the financial reports but it's a bit frustrating not being able to edit the reference to have the PO added in which means I'll have to add it in manually using Adobe Acrobat Pro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a Credit Controller, Sage Intacct makes it easy for me to run an aged debtors report at the click of a button and to zero in on unpaid overdue invoices based on 30 days, 30-60 or 90 day+ from invoice date. This allows me to focus on customers who are taking longer to settle their overdue invoices compared to other customers.
