Terrible customer service. Expensive and complicated for what it is.

- Love being nickel and dimed - then you'll love Sage Intacct. Everything costs more.
- misleading sales process where functionality shown exceeds what they put on the quote.

Accounting Processes Intact for 24/7 via Sage Intacct
What do you like best about the product?
For the past 5 years as a Billing Specialist in my previous organization, I have been using Sage Intacct to automate accounting processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't complain on my end since Sage Intacct suits all my accounting procedures in a single spot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AP, AR and GL automation through Sage Intacct saves time in real-time.
Sage is a go-to solution for efficient and accurate financial services.
What do you like best about the product?
It has a great functionality that helps us provide insightful financial analysis for our company and also clients that helps us make informed decisions.

The only thing I have noticed is that it can be a bit hard for new users especially those who are not familiar with accounting software.

It helps us in managing our accounts payable and receivable to generate financial reports for our clients.

Great Experience with Sage Intacct
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the user interface is very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some issues with editing erroneous transactions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct does a great job with helping us manage our overall accounting process.
Sage is super user intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
The drill down feature, allows you easily drill right through from a TB to a related GL account to the eventual bill/invoice
What do you dislike about the product?
customising reports is a bit more of a lift than some other other accounting software packages
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently using Sage as a consolidatation tool for 18 entities. These has helped us shave considerable time off our MEC.

What do you like best about the product?
The best I like of Sage Intacct is its flexibility and the fact that one can customize everything. It's an easy platform to use with a good looking UI, it's user friendly. Easy to implement with the help of customer support. They are much ver active to respond.

Nothing to dislike. Has been functioning well, it's the best.😊

Our management has been elevated. Has made everything easy.

I love the support and the flexibility to build the system to best fit your needs. I love the continuous release of updates and the committment to improvement.

There is room to improve Sage Intacct Planning and the bank feeds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have an interesting model adn Sage Intacct allows us to house all of our entities under one roof. This allows our founders to get consolidate information about the performance of investment, management and nonprofit entities in one place.
Biggest win we have in Sage ate the workflow and having all supporting documents online.

Workflow and ease of use. The help function is great as well.

When we come across issues, we have to wait for answers longer

Currently, we are implementing Lease Accounting as well as the Prepaid module. This will save time by eliminating spreadsheets that have to be filled out at the end of the month.

Workflow and digital attachments. modules for every step of the accounting cycle

Not booking transactins using debits and credits.

Sage Intacct workflows automate approvals. Digital Document attachments provide support for transactions

How easy the software is to use and the fantastic reporting capabilities!

The downside is that there is so much to learn about the software that it never feels like we are using it to its fullest compacity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage is helping us solve our reporting issues to department managers, senior leaders, and the board. It provides quick and accurate reporting to all stakeholders!
