What do you like best about the product?
What I find most helpful about Vertice is the collaboration dynamic, we've always had a great team culture here @ Babylon, and working with Vertice feels just like dealing with an extension of the team.
They are capable of handling the rapidly shifting business & stakeholder demands and are patient when there is a lack of clear direction.
The team has a good attitude, temperament, and willingness to support, we also appreciate their ideas.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think the toughest aspect with these types of services (which will be tough for any service provider in this field to solve for) is:
'How do you replace the intangible institutional knowledge that an internal team would have built over time?'
Although I do not think there is an easy answer to this Vertice makes the effort to understand business needs carefully, and over time I'm confident they will develop the 6th sense of the unwritten rules of operating within Babylon.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vertice help us to project-manage our complex renewal calendar and ensure that we are dealing with vendors in a timely manner in order to avoid putting ourselves into low-leverage situations.
We quantify the business requirements including sign-off criteria and allow Vertice to negotiate the commercial terms.
