Flexible and configurable features are Frontegg's most exciting benefits
What do you like best about the product?
Password configurations are very flexible. I can decide what level of complexity to apply, then I can achieve higher or lower restrictions about the password. This is only one example of Frontegg's flexibility also in other features they deliver via the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It looks like there is a big effort in the SDK world. In my opinion, for my case, it's not needed. When they invest time and effort in the SDKs, I think they can use this time to implement more features in the portal. Maintaining multiple SDKs is time-consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Flexible features and high standards are the benefits, besides the authorization and user management this platform gives me. I am satisfied and recommended this tool to other developers. I file like it solves many challenges I tackled with other products.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple integration with HubSpot, Java Spring Boot and React, which we use.
The MFA Support is a must have for us, also user hierarchy and multiple roles support and easy to use Admin Portal.

What do you dislike about the product?
Documentation is not extensive enough, shows only simple integration examples, but when it comes to advanced features, we had to use the support.
Also, there's no way to backup all the data, vendor locking is bad.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our developers didn't have to write any authentication, user management and SSO related code. All permission management is also done via FrontEgg, it saved us tons of developer hours, and this is without taking maintenance into considartion.
Frontegg client SDKs are a WOW!
What do you like best about the product?
I tried to use two of Frontegg's client SDKs. One is for React application which is working great. As far as I know, the react SDK is the most commonly used SDK. When I used the Vue SDK I felt the same. At the start I expect it to be less powerful because it's not so commonly used. But it was of high quality. WOW!
What do you dislike about the product?
So the Vue and React SDKs are very good. I think they can add more examples - maybe a repo with examples with copy and paste feature. Also will be nice to create a workshop for advanced customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the challenge of implementing the authentication flow, as the authorization features and it's used as a user identity platform that allows me to customize the pages and brand them like my product. This is priceless. I love frontegg.
A modern, user friendly and very convenient platform
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very easy to use, I managed to perform a full integration within a few minutes and several code lines. Frontegg managed to save me some valuable time, and the customer support is excellent.

What do you dislike about the product?
Overall I think that Frontegg is very usefull tool, and can be really helpfull, but I believe that the decomentation can improve. Again, overall I'm very pleased with Frontegg.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We managed to save time with Frontegg mainly on:
- frontend development - we barely messed with any CSS or HTML during our project - Frontegg did most of the UI for us.
- debugging - by using the software's logs and notes while working and running the software, we managed to find some bugs quickly than before.

It was exciting to see the integration with Slack works in one hour
What do you like best about the product?
Integrating with other tools like Slack and Salesforce is nice. We succeeded to do it in a few minutes. Then we start getting notifications to our organization Slack. It was exciting to see that in 1 hour we succeeded to see the value and work with it well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is billing and subscriptions in Frontegg. They support it. I think there should be a more flexible billing system and subscription. More options that will help different companies to get a full solution regarding this. But it's not a big issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Auth company that save your time. There are a lot of solutions but they have the best support team and this is the game changer for me.
The tool for versatile authentication
What do you like best about the product?
I looked for a tool that will support as an easy out of the box Passkeys on B2B and couldn't fibd anything better than Frontegg.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that custom webhooks can be a bit better but not too critical

The Passkeys allows us a low touch login system with our users.

Easy to use login box. When testing it with a few clients in my office they had really good feedback.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compliance, ethical conduct, risk mitigation and trust of our customer are a few of our company's goals. After Our tests we found that Frontegg meets our requirements.
The easy integration with Slack is very valuable for me
What do you like best about the product?
In my company we use slack integrations to let us know about changes and do operations. One of the most important features for us is a smooth integration with slack and Frontegg does it 10 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had a weird experience with one stucked loader but after refresh it works well. It was only in one page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves the need to be compliance. They do it for me and it’s one point less to think about when developing my products.
Sensational styling abilities thanks to Frontegg themes
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Frontegg provides me a well done/implemented UI themes. Developers doesn’t like working on css. In Frontegg I just had to choose my theme and that’s all thanks to the Themes section which provides four options: Modern, Classic, Vivid and my favourite one - Dark
What do you dislike about the product?
think Frontegg should invest more in the mobile SDKs. Mobile development is very important today and it should be consider supporting more mobile technologies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Frontegg helps us as a vendor to monitor user behaviours when it comes to auth flows. Helped me a lot to avoid working on styling.
