What do you like best about the product?
This product is used very easy, It's used for the PLG companines that requires privacy, secure data,authentication and many more,most of the uses for this angular integration is very easy to use this product.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's little bit tricky to setup this product and some of the time it causes problem when we create a cookie for some espesific reason the code base,this product can be improve the UI of the product so, this will be userinterface very much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This product is used for writing code like a IDE so, we can write code in this product as well and it's most uses for the PLG companines so we can do password authentication on that.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the intuitiveness of the their portal and how to setup your entire configuration / Environment.
The support team is a really big assets, and youll never wait more than a few minutes before help is comming.

Sometimes documentation can be hard to find, and we had some issues converting this into our .net framework applications, but again the support is there anytime to help out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Frontegg we could put all the authentication, IDP and user handling into there hands, and focus on our own strength,
with this we get a solid solutions which adhere to all the best security standards

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to gain granular control of the security settings at the organization level

The price could be challenging for an early-stage startup such as ours

The log in box is easy to customize. Comes ready with social logins

Requires web-dev skills but if you have the manpower, this could be mitigated.

What do you like best about the product?
- Simple setup of multitenancy/delegated administration (each customer manages their own set of users) is quite unique in that market segment and was a key feature for us when choosing a user management solution.
- Login with all the sign-in options and customizations we needed.
- Webhooks, API tokens, Roles and Permissions functionality really comes in handy.
- Smooth and stable functioning.
- Quick response times of support team (while I should say that sometimes their hard work could be spared with better API reference).
- Good educational articles on their website about user management, SaaS security, etc.
- Login with all the sign-in options and customizations we needed.
- Webhooks, API tokens, Roles and Permissions functionality really comes in handy.
- Smooth and stable functioning.
- Quick response times of support team (while I should say that sometimes their hard work could be spared with better API reference).

"Dislikes" might be too strong of a word here, I'd rather call it technical limitations, since the tool does its main job and does it well.
- Frontegg may not be the right fit for storing complex and custom data about the users or accounts. There is only a metadata in a json format.
- In some cases Frontegg is more tailored to the cloud, not on-premise solutions like ours. No blocking problems, but some additional integration work.
- While one user can belong to multiple accounts/tenants, he can only be logged in to one of them in one particular moment.

In evaluating FrontEgg vs the competition, there was never really much of a debate within our team. You can customize all options available to you within the platform -- takes very little time to modify.
Most importantly, their team has been truly fantastic in working with us as we've needed it on support issues.

What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, we haven't found anything to complain about. Our team has been using their platform for some time now and it fulfills exactly what we need it to do. For a growing business of our kind, the reliability and functionality is important.

It's made our team so much more efficient, freeing them up to do the work we want them to do, not the work they have to do.
FrontEgg manages RBAC / SSO for me so I don't have to
What do you like best about the product?
FrontEgg's easy to use sign-in configuration allows me to quickly create an integration for a part of the software architecture that I don't need to solve. Primarily, its ability to manage user sign-in across a number of options, including "Magic Links" really make user-signs an easy no-code solution, so I can just focus on delivering value to my core product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Fine tune ABAC is a missing feature, and will greatly help my manage access.

Frontegg is solving a common pattern across any SaaS offering. Particularly its ability to scale across multiple sign-on options and manage authorization for my app.
