Frontegg is an exceptional product with user-friendly features and comprehensive documentation. As a law firm, we highly appreciate its simplicity and ease of use. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Frontegg has become indispensable to our user management strategy, particularly within our law firm. In our quest to find a suitable solution for our SaaS-based product, we extensively researched various options. We needed to identify a platform that not only fulfilled our existing requirements but also offered additional features to enhance our overall user management capabilities. Frontegg emerged as the clear frontrunner during our evaluation process. Not only does it address our immediate needs, but it also provides a comprehensive range of functionalities that go above and beyond our initial expectations. As a law firm, we often deal with sensitive data and require a secure and efficient system to handle user accounts, passwords, and account provisioning. With Frontegg, we found a quick and reliable SaaS solution that met our stringent criteria. The platform seamlessly integrates into our existing infrastructure and delivers exceptional performance, ensuring our user management processes remain streamlined and efficient. What do you like best about the product?
In evaluating FrontEgg vs the competition, there was never really much of a debate within our team. You can customize all options available to you within the platform -- takes very little time to modify.
Most importantly, their team has been truly fantastic in working with us as we've needed it on support issues.

What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, we haven't found anything to complain about. Our team has been using their platform for some time now and it fulfills exactly what we need it to do. For a growing business of our kind, the reliability and functionality is important.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's made our team so much more efficient, freeing them up to do the work we want them to do, not the work they have to do.
FrontEgg manages RBAC / SSO for me so I don't have to
What do you like best about the product?
FrontEgg's easy to use sign-in configuration allows me to quickly create an integration for a part of the software architecture that I don't need to solve. Primarily, its ability to manage user sign-in across a number of options, including "Magic Links" really make user-signs an easy no-code solution, so I can just focus on delivering value to my core product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Fine tune ABAC is a missing feature, and will greatly help my manage access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Frontegg is solving a common pattern across any SaaS offering. Particularly its ability to scale across multiple sign-on options and manage authorization for my app.
Easy integration, supports the major frameworks
What do you like best about the product?
Admin portal is easy to use and the SDKs for Angular and React are well designed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the OAuth interactions are a little confusing in terms of configuration in the portal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Frontegg is the authentication mechanism for our SaaS platform. It allows us to use modern approaches (social logins, pass keys, etc.) for controlling access.

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love using Frontegg for its seamless authentication process. It has made my life so much easier by eliminating the hassle of dealing with multiple providers and complicated login options. With Frontegg, everything is simplified, and I can effortlessly manage authentication with their straightforward solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although I've come across a few bugs in some versions of Frontegg, I'm still highly impressed with their commitment to resolving these issues. Their dedication to improving the product demonstrates their ongoing pursuit of excellence. Overall, I continue to enjoy using Frontegg for its numerous benefits and convenience.

Overall a good product which supports multi-tenancy

Multi-tenant by design which gave us most of the features we need that other providers could not.

Some missing features like APIs for getting sub-tenants parents and tenant hard delete.

Nothing. The product has been nothing short of amazing so far

Prior to using Frontegg, the user management process in the organization was not great. Since we started to use Frongegg's platform this has been improved dramatically.
Excellent product for user management with an amazing support team
What do you like best about the product?
- The implementation phase was extremely fast. There weren't any issues that the team couldn't solve. Developing something similar in-house would take months.
- An option to have multiple env (staging, dev, prod) was a game changer for us.
- Frontegg's product provides a lot of flexibility and can be easily integrated into an existing environment

Their docs can be improved but in general no issues founded.

There's no need to spend time and resources on developing user management platform inhouse.
