User management and auth out of the box
What do you like best about the product?
It was really easy for me to integrate frontegg and get quick value from it. We needed a user management platform quick and were able to sign up and get started within a few days. The support in the community was really excellent as well and they answered all of my questions

Frontegg has continued to provide interesting new features. We particularly like user impersonation and entitlements in regard to our application.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could take pieces out of the admin portal and separate them into your app.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Frontegg is covering our login box with social logins, and giving us an admin portal for our users to invite their users and update their settings. So we don't have to do any of that ourselves.

We expanded our frontegg usage to cover roles and permissions as well as the entitlements package which has given us good management of our use authorization.

What do you like best about the product?
After already developing some initial set of security features ourselves, we figured it's not sustainable to keep implementing such a prevalent feature set internally. Frontegg enabled us to migrate (almost) our entire security stack to an external provider, with most of our future requirements ready out of the box, with clear and concise documentation and a helpful team.
What do you dislike about the product?
the company is very clearly JS centered; this is fine (since of course, we do have a frontend component written in JS), but being a backend-heavy company meant we had to work around a few kinks to integrate with our stack. Specifically, we have encountered AWS Lambda + Python encryption difficulties, but they were overcome relatively easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We no longer need to worry about most of our identification pipeline implementation details, and soon we'll be able to say the same regarding our authorisation pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Frontegg is easy. Integration is great, the documentation is one of the best I've used, the DevSuccess team has been helpful and prompt when needed. New features are released quite often. I highly recommend this product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to integrate Frontegg with Google Analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Frontegg spared me months of development. A lot of super helpful features that were simply ready for me to use so that I can focus on my own product.

I like the smooth UI experience. It’s simple, elegant and easy to use.

I wish to get more features, but I’m sure they will add them soon.

I liked Frontegg’s support team. They are always available to answer my questions. The team is super helpful and professional. It feels like they really care about us.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a DevOps engineer, something I feel like their product is more focused on all-company, and not only on the developer’s experience.

What benefits have you realized? - We totally forgot of the user management part. It was a non-issue for us, thanks to Frontegg’s product. After a quick integration, we were production-ready.

Frontegg is a Great Option for User Security Management
What do you like best about the product?
Frontegg is a very straightforward, user-friendly user management system. Integration is very simple, and the support team is always on hand for help when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
While overall Frontegg is a great product to use, I would love to see the team role out a Typescript-based client for integration with Node projects. This is a very minor drawback, and I'm sure its in the pipeline for the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Frontegg helps us manage user accounts across multiple applications and websites while providing robust security standards. they take the heavy lifting off my team and allow us to focus on our products.
This is a great product for our company. It helped us to save precious time.

frontegg is a simple & easy to use product with good documentation. It's an all-in-one platform for user management that allows you to create and modify user accounts, manage passwords, automate account provisioning. Still using it and still super satisfied with it. Highly recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
Frontegg is easy to setup and maintain, with a clear and intuitive UI. When we faced with more advanced scenarios it was lacking at times, but it gets the job done. Update: as more features and capabilities are being released it's definitely improves, but is not 100% there.

Frontegg will allow us to focus on building our core product, while delegating the responsibility of user management, authorization and authentication to a third party.

Simple to use, out-of-the-box features and super easy to implement. Their customer support is great and very responsive and their integration process was smooth and easy.

Documentation needs to be improved and be much more detailed
