I don't have anything in mind. As soon as we raise a concern to the support team we receive an immediate response that the issue is being addressed right away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User management, authentication, and authorization. We needed a quick solution for our console and frontegg solved it.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to add advance capabilities. For example, our customers can configure SSO on their own, which saves us a lot of time.

More 3rd party integration can be useful

We needed a solution for all authentication and user management capabilities in our system.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ease of integration of the Angular Frontegg library with our platform.
As well, frontegg supports workspaces, so we can use user management in a multi-tenant environment.
The customer support team is very helpful and available, which allows us to have a good experience using the Frontegg app.

What do you dislike about the product?
Webhooks in Frontegg could be more customizable and provide more user data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Frontegg, we are able to focus on developing our product instead of developing a user management service.

What do you like the best: Frontegg has one of the most amazing support teams I've encountered. They're prompt, nice, professional and knowledgeable. The documentation spared me a lot of time and made the integration experience smooth and quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
What do you dislike: I really needed to have user impersonation and this is not currently supported, but according to the team it should be released soon. Can't wait!

I started implementing my own user management myself, and it turned out to take a lot more time than expected. Frontegg spared me a lot of time and money and provided all that OOTB

Their community channels are great, I can find answers to any questions I have.
All of their advanced features are top notch, and im able to push them into my production environment with just a few clicks.

There is nothing I really dislike. Moblie SDK could be helpful for us.

We needed a solution for all authentication and user management capabilities in our system. Frontegg solves all of them.
Frontegg works seamlessly for me. Didn't experience any issues and takes care of work.

I don't need to take care of auth at all. I'm able to use it both for production & dev environments, and it allows creating variable-permission roles.
An ideal user management service that you could find in market.

Simple Admin box. In-App admin box access. Easy integration. Hooks that cover all the scenarios.

Not having 100% control over HTML templates for login/signup screens.

Frontegg saves a lot of development effort, as we can rely on frontegg for identity management.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy setup & configuration, Integration with "reCAPTHA", setting up multiple environments (dev, stage, production) and the ability to transfer changes between these environments with a click of a button

SDK References & Documentation should be improved: API search doesn't find relevant results for all SDKs. Sometimes docs are outdated. Additional guidelines could be added, such as E2E best practices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
"Frontegg" mostly solves the user management overhead, which includes permission management, secure login & authentication, user confirmation & invitation to the system. These together spare a lot of time and improve our dev velocity.
