great customer support
What do you like best about the product?
Frontegg has support available on Slack. They offer diverse libraries to suit any environment you would be using Frontegg. The documentation is in-depth and easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't run into any issues with it, but there's always room for improvement. We'd love to see more cases of how the platform can be utilized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking to implement SSO without a lot of heavy-lifting. With just a few lines of code, we completed the sandbox integration with our B2B SaaS solution

What do you like best about the product?
Frontegg seems to get it.  They've designed a system to replace all the boilerplate auth code my team would normally have to write, and the end result is we have more capabilities and features for our end-users than if we did it ourselves, since we must prioritize business logic instead of authentication/authorization features.  In addition, the Frontegg staff is very helpful and responsive, even though we are in vastly different time zones.  They are incredibly knowledgable and have even hopped on calls with us and other providers to help troubleshoot connection problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
They focus a little heavily on Node and other technologies.  We're a .NET shop, so we've had to set up a few things ourselves which took a little more work.  That being said, Frontegg was very helpful and supportive through that process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Frontegg is removing the need to spend time with things like authentication, authorization, subscriptions, etc etc.  As a result, companies can focus on bringing value to their customers using the expertise for the industry they are in.  This is incredibly helpful and saves a ton of time.

I think the documentation is super friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes getting "401 unauthorized error" although things are just fine (when trying again...)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It removes the need to deal with our client's authentication process and lets us focus on our innovative technology.
                        
                            Frontegg is a great time saver!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can easily integrate and start authenticating users in no time. The user management panel for admins is quiet handy. The email templates are also a very convenient feature that I often use. Customer support is very attentive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had better support for on-premise installations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are saving time for building a user management system which is not our core business obviously.

A new mobile SDK can be nice. I heard it's on the way..

User management and authentication as a service, maintaining our app without it would take us so much time. Frontegg is a great value for money!

Customer Specific user Access for a Subscription model to be implemented at our organization.

Customer relations can be improved. Customizations have to be increased like more environments.

We needed a solution for customer handling and their subscriptions. Front egg helped to solve this by providing a Low code platform.

I don't have anything in mind. As soon as we raise a concern to the support team we receive an immediate response that the issue is being addressed right away.

User management, authentication, and authorization. We needed a quick solution for our console and frontegg solved it.

The ability to add advance capabilities. For example, our customers can configure SSO on their own, which saves us a lot of time.

We needed a solution for all authentication and user management capabilities in our system.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ease of integration of the Angular Frontegg library with our platform. Additionally, Frontegg supports workspaces, enabling us to use user management in a multi-tenant environment. The customer support team is very helpful and available, which allows us to have a good experience using the Frontegg app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Webhooks in Frontegg could be more customizable and provide more user data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
