The best product for managing your accounts inside and outside to the company!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the Frontegg allows me to see all of the users traffic and who authenticated to me app
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love the audit logs to be a bit more detailed in the vendor level as well

The best roles based authentication service!
What do you like best about the product?
As a bookeeper which manages a lot of payment premissions among customers, frontegg allows me easily to manage the the different rols and permissions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have to options that are currently available only via API in the UI as well as it sometimes limits me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before frontegg I couldn;t really manage the roles and permissions in a straight forward way
My user data privacy is in good hands
What do you like best about the product?
I know that my user privacy is safe. Frontegg saves the data in a very secured flows and a company that gives a security solution. My user data is in their database and I don't have to care about it. They meets the regulations of data privacy as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I didn't find something that I don't like in the platform. Everything works fine for me. I didn't find a bug. I have all the features I need. So far so good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Frontegg solves the permissions and roles challenge. I can configure and decide what role to give to which user. I can give permissions to registered users automatically which makes my work easier and more convenient.

What do you like best about the product?
Frontegg R&D developers are experts! I had a chat with two of them as part of an integration support I needed. They are expert and have a lot of deep knowledge. They were able to help me quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is amazing. I think everything is well done. They may add a troubleshooting section for Q&A like the help I needed. It can reduce the need to ask them questions.

Multiple phenomenal multi-factor authentication features
What do you like best about the product?
The feature that makes me excited about the platform is the multi-factor authentication. I think it's a must. In Frontegg I can decide what factors to apply - SMS, auth app, built-in auth, and security keys. In addition, I can configure the option to remember devices as trusted devices. Very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Frontegg can give a way to test some of its features in an online tool. Like when you use th SDK you can be able to see it in an env like code sandbox or any other live tool . It can be a nice playground
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multi-factor authentication is a hug benefit for me . The endless configureation options for this feature and for many more are important and useful. Implementing the auth flows for the customer is something big that Frontegg solves - maybe the main thing - and it's worth the money.
Bug fixes are handled fast and in nice quality
What do you like best about the product?
Frontegg fixes their bugs. The time between reporting and fixing is very short. They don't have a lot but when they do they fix them fast and in a nice quality. They report in their chanelog and it is easy to track it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I feel like Frontegg can take harder decisions and publish major versions. They avoid doing it but it can be done and maybe will help them to remove support that is not needed and improve their dev exp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Frontegg have a well done product with a qualified team that deliver everything that I need to implement the authentication flow. The dashboard is also a nice benefit as an all in one solution. Awesome company with great initiatives.
Client SDK coding standards are very high
What do you like best about the product?
I got to tinker with the Frontegg code using their npm SDK, and I’m genuinely liking what I see! The coding skills are solid, and they’re definitely following great coding practices. What’s cool is that it’s not just about the platform features – the code behind the scenes is well-maintained and sticking to the best practices. Thumbs up to the team!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have to dive into their code to really get how things work. The only thing is, they don't include the JS maps, and that's a bit of a pain. I understand they might be worried about security or speed, but I think it's something important for B2B customers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform tackles the issue of setting up features such as login and password reset interfaces with user-friendly UI, along with cool functionalities like SSO, MFA, and session management. The customization options in Frontegg seem pretty extensive. Keep up the good work!
The product successfully met my requirements
What do you like best about the product?
We looked for a tool that will help us with our basic user managment needs, for example we were able to create a login and registration pages and logic with ease and integrate it in our system within several minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, the product was beneficial, saving us precious time and resources. However, there is room for improvement in the documentation, while the actions and methods themselves are convenient, searching for these actions might not always be straightforward.

As I mentioned before, Frontegg optimized our development by generating a lot of components automatically (such as the pages that I mentioned before).
This allows our team to focus our time and energy on more high-level development.

Outstanding branding and user management
What do you like best about the product?
I really liked the builder. The app offers a variety of options to choose from, such as different templates and login methods. The app also provides various features for the constructed page. For example, the system offers passkey during the identification process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially I encountered a learning curve during initial setup, particularly because I had a very limited experience with JavaScript. But with time I managed to get used to it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Frontegg saved us time with implementation. Important features for us, such as social logins (with Facebook and others), were conveniently added with the app, allowing us to save time on the implementation of low-development features.
