What do you like best about the product?
The seamless user experience with Frontegg is something that truly stands out for me. Integrating it with our existing platforms was surprisingly simple, and the variety of tools they offer fits perfectly with our workflow. The analytics capabilities are robust, and we found the real-time insights to be a game-changer for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Frontegg is an impressive platform, I would love to see further advancements in their customer support area. They offer great assistance, but having a dedicated support specialist for more complex matters would add to the overall excellence of their service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
With Frontegg I can send notifications and alrets to my users. I can customize emails and messages delivered to my users without any big effort. It's efficient and valuable. I'm
What do you dislike about the product?
The disadvantage of using Frontegg is missing translations. Frontegg is available only in English while other platforms in the market provide more than one language. It's not a blocker but it can be nice to have more languages. Also for documentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customizing emails is valuable for us. Before using Frontegg we didn't have this feature. Our users weren't aware that we switch to Frontegg. It was easy and this is an improvement to our system.

What do you like best about the product?
Branding our product is one of our super important goals. We can't integrate a user interface tool that doesn't fit our design. Frontegg gives us the ability to brand it as it was part of our product from day one. This is super important.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a kind of learning curve in the Frontegg platform. Setting up my application wasn't really easy maybe because I'm using an old technological stack. I'm also not too expert in javascript so working like that wasn't so easy. To be honest, there is no SDK for my stack in other competitors, but anyway, it wasn't easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User insights are a benefit for us as also the ability to brand the UI like our solution. These two are killer features of the Frontegg platform and they led us to choose Frontegg over other solutions. Keep ip with the great work!

Working with user roles becoming easy with Frontegg

What do you like best about the product?
Frontegg helps me to work with user roles in an easy way. It was clear how to define the roles I need to provide like Admin, Test, and guest. Configuring permissions to users is also the same - the UI uses the same UX for all pages so after using one page you can know how to do it in others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Frontegg has to work on a mobile app. I need to control and do some operations when my computer is not near me. A mobile app will help me to do commonly used operations that I do like inviting new users and turning off permission to a user when it becomes urgent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Frontegg helps me to solve the headache of integration by giving a great onboarding. This is a good benefit for us because we are suffering from other tools. It helps a lot. The UI and UX are very good and it solves the authentication system needs we have.

What do you like best about the product?
Frontegg UI customization is awesome! It helps to maintain a consistent design for my application. Another big plus is the easy integration of many frameworks on the client side (javascript oriented)
What do you dislike about the product?
I realized some small bugs. They are minor. Related to some features. They didn't break the UI or the experience but they should be fixed. I reported and it's in progress. Thanks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Branding, branding and branding again! The auth pages like login, sign up and so on are looking exactly like my product. This is crazy and it is a great benefit for me! Thanks Frontegg!

5 lines of integration code is not a slogan

What do you like best about the product?
I have had one of the smoothest integrations I have ever had. It was quick. "5 lines of code" is not a slogan when becoming a Frontegg user. It was hassle-free and the instructions were clear. The setup was quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the integration was easy and smooth, the customization has some limitations that should be improved. It's not a frag and drop tool so you can not do everything you want. There is also no ability to write the styling by CSS and only by their UI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In Frontegg my employees can manage their users in an easy way. They can give permissions and roles. The UX is very good and well done. It provided me with what I needed and the employees are happy. The integration also benefiting me a lot because it was easy

Amazing User Experience

What do you like best about the product?
Frontegg made it very easy to set up and quickly get working on their platform. I was able to utilize their tools to better my app and quickly move to testing. Their sleek user design makes the experience that much more enhanced and I love them for that!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't yet come across any. At first I was nervous to get started due to the complexity of what I was hoping to accomplish but was very quickly pleased with my experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily and efficiently adding authentication to my apps.

CIAM platform that makes user management easy

What do you like best about the product?
Building out user management in B2B apps has always been a challenge for organizations. Frontegg does this out of the box. The management console is well-designed and easy to use for creating Roles, Permissions and Groups. I can also track user activity which makes it easy to keep my user accounts organized and secure. The observability tools are helpful for troubleshooting and monitoring. You can view real-time user activity, and also generate reports to track user engagement. This helps to identify and fix problems quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Frontegg has more features than I use currently. It could be overwhelming to users new to the IAM space but overall, it's exciting how quickly the team has iterated and released new features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Frontegg is solving complex B2B Identity use cases that have been resource intensive to build in the past. Built in Team Mangagement dashboards, fine grained authorization for complex schemas and now, license/subscription tracking.

What do you like best about the product?
The admin portal was incredibly user-friendly, making it a joy to navigate. I was impressed by the extensive array of capabilities and features it provided. What stood out to me the most was the seamless integration with HubSpot, which added an extra layer of convenience to the entire experience. I highly value this product for its user management prowess and its effortless collaboration with HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product lacks support for Angular 16, which was disappointing when I attempted to integrate it into my application built with the latest version of Angular. Unfortunately, the compatibility issue hindered my plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This remarkable product effectively resolves all user management challenges, encompassing seamless solutions for Signup, Login, Multi-Factor Authentication, and Permissions. The best part is that you don't have to worry about writing any code; you can leverage the full power of this outstanding and impressive tool. Even more astonishingly, we integrated it swiftly, defying the developers' initial estimate of a 5-month development period.
