Great product, very recommended!
What do you like best about the product?
What truly impresses me about Frontegg is its exceptional level of customization. The platform allows us to tailor various aspects, from branding to user experience, to match our unique requirements seamlessly. This degree of flexibility empowers us to create a cohesive and branded experience for our customers while efficiently managing SaaS operations like authentication, billing, and notifications. Frontegg has certainly elevated our capabilities in this regard.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Frontegg has many strong points, I have noticed that the integration with certain third-party tools can sometimes be less seamless than desired. Additionally, the reporting and analytics features might benefit from more advanced customization options. However, despite these minor areas, Frontegg remains a valuable solution for managing SaaS operations effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Frontegg effectively resolves the challenge of streamlining complex SaaS operations. This solution has been incredibly beneficial by simplifying tasks like authentication, billing, and notifications, all in one centralized platform. This not only boosts efficiency but also enhances user experience. With Frontegg's robust security features, I can confidently ensure the protection of sensitive data. This solution has truly optimized our operational processes and elevated our overall efficiency.
Managing accounts permissions and roles is easy
What do you like best about the product?
Managing accounts permissions and roles is an easy task. I like the UI that makes me able to do it. It's easy to use. Giving permission to a user is also an easy task. Managing the roles helps me to control my user groups and gives me flexibility about the logic I implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Frontegg's builder is a very nice feature. I can customize the styling and buttons, etc.. But I need something complex, and they don't give it. I think the builder should have a drag and drop abilities for ui components. It also should give the ability to add css styling via their UI and include react components (external).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Frontegg solves the challenge of managing the roles and permissions for the account level. They also give the ability to control it at user level and these are valuable features for me. These are the benefits of this platform for me, as well as login and sign up.
Good coverage for security options thanks to MFA and SSO
What do you like best about the product?
The security methods Frontegg provides are very innovative and provide a big coverage. Multi-factor authentication is for sure one of the most used methods in our product. Single sign-on is the second and it helps us to make our platform more secure like we must do according to our business requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
My users number is getting bigger over the years. I'm a bit afraid that it will be harder to work because I'm bound to this platform. It will be hard to migrate to another tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using Frontegg I can deliver a secured application with a high level of security that gives use the ability to feel we are safe in terms of security. From login to logout, refreshing the tokens, and logging out users when needed. I'm satisfied.

The Froonted platform is super easy to use. The ability to seamlessly integrate into your existing applications is great, tailored to my specific needs of work and product.

Frontegg was designed with a strong focus on companies that operate cloud environments. This could potentially limit its suitability for companies like ours that have yet to transition to cloud-based operations.
We might want to explore alternatives that offer longer free trials or plans with more comprehensive features for non-cloud-based companies like ours.

I Really like the Ui for the dasboard of user mangamet , easy to use, you can see the status and manage alot of diffrent feature's , the total UI is also great the builder looks amazing and it make the expreince much better then other proudcts.

What do you dislike about the product?
While Frontegg is great overall, It took some time to me to fully understand how to use the program, but once i got it, it became muce user friendly and nice to use.

their CIAM solution saves valuable time and resoruce, it make it much more easier to manage and contol over the system

Frontegg effectively addresses the challenges associated with implementing and managing complex user management, SSO, and analytics functionalities within applications. This significantly streamlines the development process, reduces the need for extensive coding, and accelerates time-to-market for new features. As a result, I've been able to enhance the user experience of my application while saving valuable development time and resources.

What do you like best about the product?
the ux looks incretable! I like the 'sign-in-types' - so rich sing in types - you could register with accounts from Google to Slack and with the new passkeys feature.

Vivid theme - its looks a little bit noise for homescreen

What do you like best about the product?
Frontegg is a product for developers. There is something special in their ecosystem - the SDKs they includes. There are SDKs for all the commonly used technologies for client side like Vue, React and even NextJS. As far as I know also for backend development. This is awesome!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think about something i dislike in the frontegg ecosystem. They can improve their documentation a bit for some features related to the SDKs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A huge benefit is the SDKs in the ecosystem. It's a big advantage for the frontegg customers which are developers who wants to be able to control the UI and implement it by the product requirements and design.
Browser support and responsibility are exceptional!
What do you like best about the product?
One of the features that are important for us is browser support. Frontegg has wide browser support - from Safari for Mac, through Chrome for Android and not widely used reviews. It looks like responsive web design is a key goal of the platform. Thank you
What do you dislike about the product?
No free plan for Frontegg. There is 30 days trial period but compared to other competitors they don't have a free plan. Their starter plan cost 1$ per month. It's something to consider when you make a decision over others by looking on your budget. But for sure they are worth the money, more than their competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What benefits me the most is the ability to deliver login and sign-up flows with a great UX and high-level browser support including responsiveness and customization needed to align it to my needs. Thanks, Frontegg
