What do you like best about the product?
The Cloud function is amazing, where I can do the required customization for the better user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is good that the platform gets updated every now and then.
It would be great u could send notification regarding the Updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was great to know that I was able to connect to different channels like WhatsApp, Facebook, and etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It was a great experience in the Yellow Messager chatbot. The platform provides huge options to play around with chatbots.
The best thing the cloud functions. I would highly recommend it.

Efficient Platform to build your Chat BOT

What do you like best about the product?
I came to know about this tool when their team organized the training event and i participated in that training. After the completion of the training i started building a Chat BOT through their tool and its UI is very easy for a person who is looking for the career in this field. Everything is so simply structured that i did not face any challenge while doing development or testing of the BOT.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the BOT does not efficiently work on every browser, the most supported browser is Chrome only.

You can face some issues while executing the BOT through Firefox, their support team should look into the same to get it fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Their team provided some assignments after completion of the training and i completed the project before the timelines.

Benefits:

I was able to get the fair understanding of the Chat BOT, now i can create more complex Chat Bots in future.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for the Future in this Chat BOT field and you are newbie then you must try this tool to get the fair understanding of the the complete cycle.

What do you like best about the product?
The YM team is very agile in understanding the customer requirements and deliver as per the customer expectations. The entire team is very tech savvy as a result they are always available with the solution. The team has excellent understanding of business problems and takes proactive steps steps to mitigate risk.
What do you dislike about the product?
Absolutely nothing negative to report. We have a wonderful experience with the entire YM team since past 3-4 years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted a solution to address the repeated queries of our customers like knowing the pending bill amount, register a No Supply compliant, know our bill collection center location etc to our IVR and Customer Care center. The solution has helped us optimize our resources engaged into monotonous activities, reduce the TAT in addressing the repetitive queries, reduced manual errors and has improved our response management.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Yellow Messenger has a wonderful blend of tech savvy and project management team delivering state of the art solutions to its customers. They are very agile in understanding the customer requirement and deliver as per the customer expectations. The team has excellent understanding of business problems and takes proactive steps to mitigate risk.

What do you like best about the product?
A major chunk of the incoming volume is handled by the bot itself. Only interactions which absolutely require human interactions are routed to the operations team, This has increased efficiency multi-folds
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit more innovation in the live chat agent dashboard and csv reports

Better allocation of resources and reducing the incoming volume without impact on quality of customer interactions.

Easy to use and almost all the options can be customization as per the requirement.

I didn't find anything specific till date.

The platform is good to reach our customer and provide the customer to contact us anytime. It also help to increase the customer reach as it can integrated with any app for example like whats-app.
