Revolutionizing Demand Forecasting with Advanced AI Features
What do you like best about the product?
We are currently utilizing AI for demand forecasting. As we move toward full-scale operations, we are also incorporating out-of-stock prediction features, replenishment features.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are sometimes occasional minor issues but I am very satisfied because the support team is highly attentive and responds quickly with improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a retail company, and we previously used Excel to forecast future demand based on sales data from various sales channels.
However, due to the very large number of SKUs (Stock Keeping Units) and business expansion, we were unable to manage everything effectively, which led to problems with overstocking and stockouts (out-of-stock situations). Siloed knowledge (or dependence on specific individuals) was also a key challenge.
After implementing Solvoyo, the AI now handles all the forecasting, allowing our staff to focus solely on reviewing the predictions. This has been highly effective in improving operational efficiency and inventory optimization.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been working with Solvoyo for about a year, currently using the platform for our initial allocation, replenishment, and transfer processes. Thanks to their strong expertise in the ready-to-wear industry, it has been very easy to communicate and establish a common working language. The team is always reachable, provides quick responses, and takes a highly solution-oriented approach. They are also open to new ideas while confidently sharing their professional opinions, which helps ensure that things move in the right direction.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, we haven’t encountered any problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solvoyo has played an important role in the digitalization of our operational processes. It has made our initial allocation, replenishment, and transfer operations more structured, traceable, and efficient. The accessibility of the team and the speed in process follow-ups have significantly supported our operational continuity.

What do you like best about the product?
The system offers a great experience with its simple design and flexible structure that fits different operational needs. Teams can start using it easily thanks to the clear interface. The support team is always available and responds quickly, which builds trust. The system is also being improved regularly and quickly, which makes it even more reliable over time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system performs well overall, though some parts may be slightly slower at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to carry out my daily routine tasks quickly and easily thanks to the on demand and TUI screens.

What do you like best about the product?
I can divide our transportation planning world into two periods: before and after Solvoyo. Before we got to know Solvoyo, our processes were entirely manual and cumbersome. Now, they are fully automated. Beyond automation, the improvement within the process has been incredible. We have an acceptance rate of over 95%, and we can manage our plans very quickly through the system.
In addition to all this, working with the Solvoyo team is a great privilege. The team members understand you very well and have a high level of empathy. Once you start working together, you feel like you’re part of the Solvoyo team, and you can clearly sense their constructive energy. Your priorities become their priorities; your sensitivities become theirs as well. They are also always accessible for technical support and can provide instant solutions to your issues.
I would like to open a separate parenthesis for Mehmet Bugra in the team. We worked with him throughout the project, and his leadership and perspective on business are amazing.

We cannot utilize the system’s reporting features very effectively. The reporting capabilities could be improved

Solvoyo solves lots of complex issues. I have not seen any problem that they did not solve or provide a solution to.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the most outstanding aspects of Solvoyo is the team's ability to listen, understand, and develop solutions tailored to your specific needs. The fact that both sides work collaboratively toward a single goal significantly increases the success rate. You always know that there is a dedicated contact and intervention team available in case of any potential system malfunction. There is also a continuous development agenda for the software, with a team consistently working on identifying and implementing improvements.

There is room for improvement in ensuring that developments made in the system are tested for a longer period in the test environment, and that potential errors are identified and resolved before being deployed to the live environment.

We manage an operation with significant volume and expenditure focused on transportation planning. Before starting to work with Solvoyo, I had concerns about the acceptance rate of the system’s recommendations and how much of our daily operations could be integrated into the platform. However, thanks to the way the Solvoyo team approached the project, the capabilities of their system, and the outcomes they delivered, I realized that my concerns were unfounded. The system has proven itself with a consistently high rate of acceptance and usage, and it has now become an integral part of our daily operations. Our continuous improvement discussions with the team also reinforce our confidence in the quality of the team we are working with and in the fact that the development process is ongoing and never truly ends.

While the overall experience has been positive, the initial setup and integration required significant internal alignment and data readiness, which took some time and effort.

Solvoyo is solving the challenge of manual and fragmented demand planning processes by enabling exception-based and autonomous planning. It addresses inefficiencies in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and enhances forecast accuracy through advanced analytics and data-driven decision-making.

Solvoyo is a powerful tool that has significantly improved our supply chain performance. Their dedicated customer success resources allow us to leverage its capabilities fully. Once mastered, the benefits are substantial.

Solvoyo's Replenishment Planning module has streamlined our inventory management. We've seen a dramatic reduction in stockouts while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
EXTREMELY professional solution that met all our needs
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, ease of custimisation, spead of implementation (like in weeks time), easy intagration with our internal ERP system, flexible reports, predefined KPIs....
What do you dislike about the product?
By using Solvoyo we are able to see 100% clearly how our supply chain work, and we can watch over the KPIs on a daily basis. There are no downsides of the solution.

Optimising inventory, increasing product availabiliy, decreasing lost sales.
