Incredibly Powerful and Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Intruder is clean, powerful and incredibly easy to use. We love how comprehensive it is and how easy it is to both deploy and remediate with, based on their incredible results. Their support is also incredible, the team over there are extremely helpful and responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a little pricey but they have recently introduced new offerings and made it much easier for MSSPs to use this and scale up and down accordingly, which has actually made this great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is our go to solution for penetraton testing, super comprehensive and extremely powerful.

What do you like best about the product?
we're a serious platform - an LLM powered API, a self-management platform for our enterprise clients. intruder was perfect.
What do you dislike about the product?
we had a minor issue with rate limiting but very specific to our platform and something we could overcome thanks to their support team.

The interface is very clean and easy to use. The support is top notch.

Keeping history of targets when reinstalling an agent.

It's a very simple way of assessing our vulnerability level. We get a clear score, information on the CVEs that may affect a target and their versions which tells us how to resolve the issues.

Intruder automatically scans your systems for known vulnerabilities, configuration issues, and exposures. Intruder provides continuous monitoring and professional-grade reports you can share during client reviews or audits to demonstrate active security controls.

Intruder is an incredibly easy-to-use security scanning service that automatically and efficiently identifies vulnerabilities. It's a powerful tool that eliminates the stress of managing cybersecurity risks, making it ideal for both small teams and larger organizations. The intuitive interface, clear reports, and time-saving features make it a standout solution. On top of that, the pricing is very reasonable for the value it provides. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a hassle-free security solution.

We run scans on a weekly basis, benefiting from the automated scanning features (every month), while also conducting manual scans whenever we release something new to ensure security remains airtight.

We've been using Intruder for years, and right now there's nothing we dislike about it.

It alerts us in case of vulnerabilities (such as software, both at the application level and OS). It also precisely identifies which vulnerability was found and where it was detected.

Occasionally, the detailed reports can be overwhelming for beginners, but overall, there's very little to dislike.

Great automated vulnerability scanning
What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to use and made it simple to generate professional-looking reports. As a small team, having an automated tool that could quickly give us, and our clients, peace of mind was really valuable. We’re currently on the “Essentials” plan, so I can’t speak to the more advanced features, but the overall experience has been excellent.
I did run into a small issue when setting up scanning targets, but the customer support team were quick to respond and had it sorted within a few hours. Really impressed with the support and how smooth everything’s been so far.

While Intruder.io offers a user-friendly interface and extensive coverage, generating reports for specific resources isn't intuitive. Additionally, updating targets requires deletion and re-adding, likely due to licensing constraints, necessitating reliance on external DNS configuration

We utilize Intruder.io to conduct weekly scans of our systems, effectively identifying vulnerabilities and gaps in our security posture. Vulnerability testing went further than expected + helpful & quick support
What do you like best about the product?
I liked that for auth, you can record using Chrome dev tools, upload a swagger file, & use multiple auth methods. And a quick response from the support team when I needed to change the domain.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the system where you have to wait for a month to change domains. Luckily the support team could help me out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly attack surface scanning. Ah, and integration with our ISO tool Sprinto.
