Amazing Company could not recommend a better team to help with audits.
What do you like best about the product?
The staff are extremely helpful, and the product itself is thoughtfully designed. Being able to pull policies directly from O365 SharePoint has saved me hours of work. I also appreciate that they are always introducing new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about this service. We have been with them for several years, and they consistently stay attentive to our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They offer a unified platform that covers all our audit requirements, from gathering evidence and conducting penetration testing to managing the entire audit process.

What do you like best about the product?
From the sales process to the onboarding to the delivery of the services, StrikeGraph has made it simple for us to get started and on the right path for our compliance requirements. They've helped us address gaps in our knowledgebase to ensure that we meet and maintain requirements from the onset of the engagement. We've also been able to integrate with a number of our current technologies to support a faster time to achieving our goals for compliance related tasks allowing for our skilled teams to remain focused on their work at hand.
What do you dislike about the product?
We do not currently have any dislikes related to the services being provided.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Strike Graph is helping us achieve and maintain a SOC2 compliance so that we may remain a trusted entity with our clients.
Strike Graph saves us time and effort compared to the typical audit.
What do you like best about the product?
Having the ability to upload evidence throughout the year is a huge benefit of Strike Graph. Typically, an audit kicks off and you start collecting evidence at that time. Strike Graph allows us to upload evidence as it expires which spreads the effort over the year instead of doing it all within 1-3 months.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are very few downsides. Being a younger product, there are some features/functionality I would like to see implemented. However, Strike Graph is one of the few vendors we've used that actually implemented a feature that we requested, and are always adding new features and functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am currently the only resource dedicated to security & compliance in our organization, and we currently perform two SOC 1 Type 2 audits, PCI DSS, HIPAA, SOC 2 Type 2. The main benefit is being able to chip away at evidence collection to avoid it hitting all at once, when we may have multiple overlapping audits in flight. The ability to set expiration dates and assignments on evidence is also a plus, as it sets expectations with everyone involved. They know what they're going to be responsible for, and when it's required of them.
Strike Graph for SOC2
What do you like best about the product?
Useful having a Strike Graph team member on hand to support when needed. We have Caroline Eiffert to call upon when needed and she never fails to support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be tricky sometime to navigate between controls and evidence and the expiry items. Its a niche set up and we are not quite there fully. Need to learn more about automation when we have more time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Strike Graph helps us monitor our SOC2 compliance as well as security processes. There are a lot of ready to use templates that are great adn a lot of good help articles. We are getting good support for our next audit.
Hand holding when you need it most!
What do you like best about the product?
The customer support team and the dedicated account manager is top tier.
What do you dislike about the product?
How overwhelming it can all feel to fulfill all of the requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring that our Saas platform meets all of the requirements to be soc2 compliant and audit/pentest ready

What do you like best about the product?
The platform makes the investment in SOC2 much more valuable because it creates a resources that can be leveraged year over year. It monitors when policies need review or updates. The usability is very nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can only attach a single piece of evidence to a control item. Sometimes we have more than one evidence item to share, but I suspect this might be intentional since an auditor needs credible evidence samples, not an encyclopdia of evidence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are giving us the platform we need to achieve SOC2 compliance.
Great Compliance Framework System & Service
What do you like best about the product?
While SOC 2 compliance takes a lot of work, Strike Graph eased our load by providing a easy-to-use system that organizes and reports on our data clearly so that it is easy to find outstanding tasks and to collaborate. The Strike Graph team is always helpful and quickly answered our questions. Topping this off, if we decide to add more compliance frameworks, the Strike Graph system can use our current answers to give us a head start.
We've also been using the new feature where we upload security compliance forms from our customers to get initial results filled in based on info we already have in Strike Graph. This feature saves a lot of time!

We did not find any issues that the Strike Graph team was unable to help us understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Strike Graph made it easy for us to complete our SOC 2 Type 1 compliance. We are well placed to perform our first SOC 2 Type 2 test next year.
Well Organized and Great Resource to Obtaining Security Clearance
What do you like best about the product?
I like a lot about StrikeGraph but probably the account manager support through 1 on 1 attention including weekly call checkins. This helped us effectively and efficiently get through an audit in an expediant manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Please do an integration with BOX. More straight forward in terms of how references attach to the different switches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To get SOC2 then HIPAA then NST 800 Security Compliance
Makes a complicated process much easier!
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Strike Graph are the people involved. Our CSM Caroline explained every step of the journey so we always knew what to expect and what we needed to fix. She made using the product and implementing necessary changes easy.

The template writing examples are convuluted and repetitive.

Incredible team
What do you like best about the product?
We had a fantastic CSM who really helped guide us through every step of the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little hard to tell how much progress you've made. It would really help keep teams motivated if they could see percentage completion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're a new business and we need a SOC 2 audit to compete in our space. We lost a few deals because we didn't have our audit, but we were also able to save a few with our pre-audit package and the pre-audit assessment letter from Strikegraph. We're now at the point though where the type 2 is needed
