MSP seeking SOC2 for private cloud infrastructure
What do you like best about the product?
I have been very impressed at the documentation that is provided for each control. It helps immensely to be able to look up what the auditors will be looking for instead of having to call in to a consultant to get the information. To be fair, the consultants we have worked with are also amazing to work with and have answered every question we have had, it's just nice to not HAVE to call someone for answers. The automated collection process is working very well once we got it setup and allows us to be notified when evdence needs updated.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had some minor issues getting integrations working but a quick message to their support had it straightened out in a matter of a few minutes. The issue ended up being on our end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had found the process for SOC2 compliance to be very onerous with external consultants. The Strike Graph platform holds our hands and walks us through all controls we need to implement. This has saved our team a huge amount of time (and money) compared to an external consulting company.
It was awesome and strike graph team is very easy to approach.
What do you like best about the product?
The commitment and guidance they provided.
What do you dislike about the product?
None. The team provided the necessary support and tips.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The old policies that we have. We were able to easily revise the existing policies and it became more solid. We benefit by it in passing the SOC2 Type1 Certification.
Strikegraph Easy To Use and Quick To Update
What do you like best about the product?
Once controls are in place it's quick and easy to add/update evidence.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, it takes a short amount of time to become familiar but once you are it works as it should.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us with risk management as well as SOPPs

What do you like best about the product?
Their staff was very professional, responsive and helpful. The SOC2 GRC Portal was very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial list of evidence needed was excessive and really didn't apply to our company. We had to customize a lot of the options to fit our organization.

Strike Graph has been a game-changer for us in managing our compliance needs. Its straightforward and user-friendly interface made it easy for our team to get on board quickly.
The platform is intuitive, which was a huge relief. We didn’t need to spend much time figuring out how to navigate through its various features. This simplicity made it easier for our entire team to engage with the software.
Integrating Strike Graph into our existing system was smoother than we anticipated. The setup process was straightforward, thanks to the platform's clear layout and helpful guidance, allowing us to get it up and running without any major hiccups.
A standout feature has been customer support, especially the assistance from Kevron. His availability and dedication were critical in keeping us on track. Whether it was a big concern or a small query, Kevron was always there to help, ensuring we stayed on course for our Stage 1 audit, which we passed, largely thanks to his support.

In our experience with Strike Graph, we encountered no significant drawbacks. This is largely due to the exceptional support we received. Whenever we faced any issues, Kevron was always readily available to provide clarification and promptly resolve them, ensuring a smooth and efficient process throughout.

Strike Graph played a crucial role in enabling Somnology to successfully fulfill the Stage 1 audit requirements for SOC2.

What do you like best about the product?
StrikeGraph provides you the comperhansive list of items needs to be done for the certification and moreover, each of it has the template for you to do it quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
As you have a lot of things to do, I was missing a status like "viewed" so I can easily come back where I finished.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speeding up our SOC sertification by providing templates.
Amazing Company could not recommend a better team to help with audits.
What do you like best about the product?
The staff are extremely helpful, and the product itself is thoughtfully designed. Being able to pull policies directly from O365 SharePoint has saved me hours of work. I also appreciate that they are always introducing new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about this service. We have been with them for several years, and they consistently stay attentive to our needs.

They offer a unified platform that covers all our audit requirements, from gathering evidence and conducting penetration testing to managing the entire audit process.

What do you like best about the product?
From the sales process to the onboarding to the delivery of the services, StrikeGraph has made it simple for us to get started and on the right path for our compliance requirements. They've helped us address gaps in our knowledgebase to ensure that we meet and maintain requirements from the onset of the engagement. We've also been able to integrate with a number of our current technologies to support a faster time to achieving our goals for compliance related tasks allowing for our skilled teams to remain focused on their work at hand.
What do you dislike about the product?
We do not currently have any dislikes related to the services being provided.

Strike Graph is helping us achieve and maintain a SOC2 compliance so that we may remain a trusted entity with our clients.
Strike Graph saves us time and effort compared to the typical audit.
What do you like best about the product?
Having the ability to upload evidence throughout the year is a huge benefit of Strike Graph. Typically, an audit kicks off and you start collecting evidence at that time. Strike Graph allows us to upload evidence as it expires which spreads the effort over the year instead of doing it all within 1-3 months.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are very few downsides. Being a younger product, there are some features/functionality I would like to see implemented. However, Strike Graph is one of the few vendors we've used that actually implemented a feature that we requested, and are always adding new features and functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am currently the only resource dedicated to security & compliance in our organization, and we currently perform two SOC 1 Type 2 audits, PCI DSS, HIPAA, SOC 2 Type 2. The main benefit is being able to chip away at evidence collection to avoid it hitting all at once, when we may have multiple overlapping audits in flight. The ability to set expiration dates and assignments on evidence is also a plus, as it sets expectations with everyone involved. They know what they're going to be responsible for, and when it's required of them.
