Efficient process with help available when needed.
What do you like best about the product?
Very efficient process with expert help along the way. Whenever we had questions, Strike Graph was there to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest there wasn't much we didn't like about the process.

Helped us become SOC 2 certified.
Great support and easy to use product
What do you like best about the product?
The support we received from our CSM, Caroline, has been amazing. She made our SOC 2 journey a lot easier and even enjoyable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the pre-written content is not very good, but I think they are addressing it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Strike Graph provided necessary structure to our security program and simplified the process to prepare and sit for an audit.

What do you like best about the product?
It has all the controls needed and the recommendations to allow ISO, PCI and SOC compliance. It is very helpful to allow our team to keep track and make sure we are on the right track.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's extremely priced for a database of documents. There are no examples or templates that could speed up the process, making the tool probably not exactly useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Strike Graph is helping us keep track of our PCI compliance and make sure we have all checks and controls in place. It saves us time by having this all listed and tracking what's done or not.

What do you like best about the product?
We've been working with Strike Graph for 3 years - the platform provides us with a reliable, efficient and comprehensive solution for our compliance needs. Their automation engine, customer support and deep expertise have made our internal processes faster and enterprise customer ready. The audit, security and customer success team there are outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's helpful that the team is continuously adding new integrations and capabilities to match our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Delivers compliance, security and policy organization to make our business enterprise-ready.
Overall satisfied. As engineer, I expected much more pain from Compliances.
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to edit the description of the evidence to fine-tune to our needs. It's also great Strike Graph sends email notifications for soon-to-expire evidence. While we didn't yet use automation for evidence collection, I see it as a great opportunity for future.
What do you dislike about the product?
Uploading evidence does not allow me to upload multiple files. Cal be solved with a simple Google Document, but it adds a bit of friction. Resources also don't feel too technical and generic for some scenarios.

Strike Graph helps us build trust. Compliances exist for a reason, and following them is necessary for some businesses. We already did follow most of the best practices, but thanks to Strike Graph, we can be sure and have evidence of doing it.

What do you like best about the product?
- Caroline's support was fantastic, she very clearly explained everything we required each step of the way in the SOC2 preparation and audit process and resolved our challenges efficiently and effectively. We really appreciate Caroline's support throughout.

What do you dislike about the product?
- The google drive upload functionality did not have a "refresh" or "collect now" button, but I believe this is on the way
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Strike Graph allowed us to complete our SOC2 Type 1 audit and create and monitor our controls easily. We needed this for a client project.

What do you like best about the product?
StrikeGraph makes SOC2 compliance work (relatively) easy! I say "relatively" because SOC2 is a lot of work. Gathering all the evidence and getting through an audit is hard as it is!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as much SG, but the concepts behind SOC2 can confuse a newbie. There is evidence, control items, and other stuff you must gather and keep updated... It's a pain

SG helps to gather evidence and pass the audit. It's that simple.
Strike Graph is SO helpful!
What do you like best about the product?
The Strike Graph UI is very intuitive & user-friendly. Things like drag and drop make it very easy to load evidence. The policy templates were an AMAZING help.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you deactivate evidence for one control, it will deactivate for all controls. I believe this is a bug and can be improved upon for ease & user experience.

I had not previously been involved with the inner workings of audits. Strike Graph provided everything I needed to get started. A big help for a newbie. Being able to keep everything organized & have real time status of progress & outstanding items needing to be addressed is a huge help.
Easy to use interface and lots of support from staff
What do you like best about the product?
Their staff is useful and they have many templates if you're short on supply with internal documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's quite a manual process, which is both a benefit in some cases and a pain in others.

We need to become SOC Type 2 compliant and they're helping us attain that goal.
