StrikeGraph is an excellent service for our compliance needs
What do you like best about the product?
Their insight into SOC2 compliance was super helpful, without them we can't imagine navigating this complex space and doing all the research on our own. They have templates for most of the policies we needed which saved us a ton of time. It was great to have a support person with who we could ask any question regarding compliance (Kevron was awesome!).
What do you dislike about the product?
A multi-upload of evidence files would save a bit of time, but we got ensured it's on the roadmap. But that's just a small detail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navigating the space of compliance with various frameworks, ours was SOC2. Having a nice and tidy dashboard where we have all the necessary evidence items is a great benefit, the service saves a lot of time overall.
Great tech & outstanding customer service
What do you like best about the product?
The solution makes sense and streamlines / automates a lot of manual tasks. What really impressed me was the hands on approach our account manager, Kevron, has taken in making sure we get the most out of it as quickly as possible on our journey to compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little tricky getting to grips with things initially however once you get your head around the process and what needs done its really quite straight forward
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Strikegraph is helping us get HIPAA ready - as a UK compnay going to the US having a solution like this really helps to guide the process. We would consider using Strikegraph for more compliance needs in future

What do you like best about the product?
the team is amazing and helpful. i especially appreciate them making sure everything is done correctly before the audit occurs. they also answered a lot of my questions before i had them.
What do you dislike about the product?
i really dont have anything bad to say! its a great tool, and the team has been helpful. whenever a feature lacked, their support team was able to cover the gap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
soc2 is a bear. SG makes it simple . before, i thought i would need to hire an expensive third party consultant or firm to run this process but we have been able to do it ourselves.

What do you like best about the product?
Valerie at StrikeGraph was well versed in SOC2, patient with my endless questions, and immeasurably helpful when collecting evidence. She expertly assisted in turning what is a time-consuming and rigorous exercise into consumable chunks that I and my team could lean into when we had the bandwidth. StrikeGraph's evidence collection platform made generating the evidence package fairly straightforward and coupled with their excellent customer success advocates was a recipe for success. I'd highly recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
They have an AI assisted security spreadsheet tool that has a lengthy turnaround time. Our customers generally are looking for 1-2 day turn-arounds for these and the lead time is closer to a week. It's not a deal breaker for us, more of a cherry on top of an already great package, but it does mean we can't meaningfully use the feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
StrikeGraph solved the evidence collection and management portion of the SOC2 process, as well as executing a handful of important controls like risk management and penetration testing.

That you can't select multiple files for automation of evidence retrieval.

Great company to work with
What do you like best about the product?
From sales to support, their staff is great to work with. While we are new to the process, Strike Graph has made the process easy for even smaller companies striving to get a SOC II Type 2 audit with great results.
What do you dislike about the product?
The automation is lacking but they are a newer company with a full roadmap of features they are working on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making the SOC II audit much less intimidating and providing prewritten templates that saves us an enormous amount of time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use them! We compared them to several other companies and found their support is the best.
The Strike Graph team is helpful and transparent in preparing us for our first SOC 2 Type 1 audit.

SG's success team educates me on the benefits of control our team is missing and provides helpful suggestions on how to tackle any control gaps.

When there are a lot of controls needing attention, a mechanism to recommend which controls to prioritize could be helpful.

Identify our firm's risks and control points that can mitigate those risks.
Solid GRC Offering
What do you like best about the product?
Lots of templates. Good support for multiple compliance frameworks out of the box. Helpful staff interested in supporting not just the software but the overall success of our regulatory needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few of the templates were not as helpful for our size and shape of company, though this only impacted our onboarding time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Preparation for security audits (SOC2) and internal tracking for industry regulatory compliance.
The platform is really easy to navigate through and organize really well the evidence.
What do you like best about the product?
The way the controls and evidences are organized. Their concierge team is highly skilled and works great as Internal Auditors preparing everyhing for the final Audits.

Not much to dislike. Strike Graphs platform simplified and speed up bringing us to audit.

We needed several services to meet a number of our customer's vendor requirements. Strike Graph provided us with Penetration testing and the ability to quickly create or gather evidence to enter into SOC 2 Type 2 audit.
