Good experience in Year 1 using Strikegraph
What do you like best about the product?
Strikegraph integrates with our audit firm to share the results of our activities for our SOC 2 audit. They also keep track of the current state of each control as well as assist with security requests from prospective clients
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration between Strikegraph and our auditors is not fully developed. After initial submissions are made, any communications back from the audit firm need to be managed manually. In addition, the sorting options need to be improved to easily separate completed vs open tasks. This issue I believe has been addressed for this coming year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to more rapidly & efficiently respond to customer requests for compliance with security assessments is very beneficial. In addition, keeping track of when controls need to be updated has also been very helpful.
Successful ongoing SOC-2 project with StrikeGraph
What do you like best about the product?
Very active account management support to help guide us through the SOC-2 compliance process. Good explanations, great support, invaluable source content
What do you dislike about the product?
StrikeGraph console is a little unreliable at times (e.g. lack of support for Safari) and navigating and assigning tasks can be cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Preparing us for a (hopefully) successful SOC-2 compliance audit.
Easy system. Great alerts. Can’t be without it!
What do you like best about the product?
Notifications. Keeping track of the required documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It is a very good system. I find no shortcomings.

I don't have to worry about following up and keeping track. The system does it for me.

I like the frequent conversations with a specialist. I like that I have a source that I can trust.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular about strikegraph. The SOC2 process in general is time consuming, but strikegraph removes some of the bad parts

Helping us understand what is required and giving action steps to move forward.

What do you like best about the product?
Strike Graph has great people! Lizzie and Michelle are amazing. The level of confidence they instill throughout the process is very comforting. Audit and certification can be overwhelming but hasn't been with Strike Graph.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tough to point to anything that I dislike. The GRC tool needs an extra refresh every once in a while and the logoff for timeouts isn't exactly clear so uploads error off before you realize you were logged off. Minor issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization set out for ISO27001 and ISO27701 certification with NO previous experience. We had a very smooth Stage 1 external audit and are headed into Stage 2 with confidence!
Strikegraph was instrumental in helping us attain our SOC2 Compliance .
What do you like best about the product?
Having all of the required policy templates available to us in one centralized location to work from was very helpful. Kevron was a huge help during the entire process as well. He made himself available to answer any and all questions that arose as well as giving us a needed push from time to time to keep the ball rolling.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that I dislike about Strikegraph.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Strikegraph is aiding in our business achieving SOC 2 Type 2 and in the process making the due diligence production much easier. In turn, they are helping save valuable time and effort.
StrikeGraph is an excellent service for our compliance needs
What do you like best about the product?
Their insight into SOC2 compliance was super helpful, without them we can't imagine navigating this complex space and doing all the research on our own. They have templates for most of the policies we needed which saved us a ton of time. It was great to have a support person with who we could ask any question regarding compliance (Kevron was awesome!).
What do you dislike about the product?
A multi-upload of evidence files would save a bit of time, but we got ensured it's on the roadmap. But that's just a small detail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navigating the space of compliance with various frameworks, ours was SOC2. Having a nice and tidy dashboard where we have all the necessary evidence items is a great benefit, the service saves a lot of time overall.
Great tech & outstanding customer service
What do you like best about the product?
The solution makes sense and streamlines / automates a lot of manual tasks. What really impressed me was the hands on approach our account manager, Kevron, has taken in making sure we get the most out of it as quickly as possible on our journey to compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little tricky getting to grips with things initially however once you get your head around the process and what needs done its really quite straight forward
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Strikegraph is helping us get HIPAA ready - as a UK compnay going to the US having a solution like this really helps to guide the process. We would consider using Strikegraph for more compliance needs in future

the team is amazing and helpful. i especially appreciate them making sure everything is done correctly before the audit occurs. they also answered a lot of my questions before i had them.
What do you dislike about the product?
i really dont have anything bad to say! its a great tool, and the team has been helpful. whenever a feature lacked, their support team was able to cover the gap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
soc2 is a bear. SG makes it simple . before, i thought i would need to hire an expensive third party consultant or firm to run this process but we have been able to do it ourselves.
