What do you like best about the product?
What was most helpful was the white-glove support from the Strike Graph team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I disliked. They have a very comprehensive offering.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Needed a way to easily manage our compliance process and compliance documentation after certification was completed.
Say goodbye to compliancy stress! SOC 2 made simple.
What do you like best about the product?
The team at Strike Graph is very hands-on, making my job a lot easier. From SOC 2 to ISO 27001, compliancy can be confusing, but Strike Graph provides the confidence that I have set my team up for success.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only comment I will make here is that the platform does not yet support CMMC.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing all compliance requirements for our organization. Having these details centralized within one platform has simplified our compliance efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
The Customer Success team was super responsive, and I conveniently found them through a partnership offering, so the team felt familiar before I even signed up for their services.
What do you dislike about the product?
We're not currently able to add custom notes to our colleagues, but we can add custom controls (which is nice), and seems to do the job either way - no real complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOC 2 Compliance. Adhering to digital protection and industry standards.

Sample control wordings were well thought out and easy to work with.
The security questionnaire AI functionality has worked really well so far and saves our team a lot of time when responding to clients.

What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to have more integrations into our tools (e.g. AWS, Office 365, BambooHR) to automatically pull evidence.
Would love to see a separate auditor portal to avoid the need to provide documents to the audit team and keep everything in one repository.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to get SOC 2 compliant to give our clients comfort over our platform security and controls. Using Strike Graph we have been able to meet our compliance needs, unblock clients and partners in our pipeline and keep on top of our controls.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You aren't just getting the software with Strike Graph, the service is what really matters here and the team have been excellent in managing our rapid compliance process.

What do you like best about the product?
The Strike Graph team was very responsive and often times would provide assistance within minutes. We were new to the SOC 2 process and the team (particularly Jeff) made the process seamless. I feel we are more operationally sound firm because of the process in which Strike Graph led.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really was not a particular thing we disliked. The only piece of feedback I would give is to have a cleaner engagement letter process, although that is being very particular. Strike Graph was fantastic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to achieve SOC 2, type 1 compliance, and a Penetration Test. We now are close to having both, encouraging greater sales volume and less time in the pre-sales process.
SG has been a true partner. Their support, technology, and staff made our SOC II journey attainable!

Customer service, support, availability, and the platform!

Having to do SOC 2 to begin with but we managed!

There is value here, but team lacks expertise or attention to detail.
What do you like best about the product?
The templates they have for all policies and procedures are a great service. We built an entire manual around the templates and stood up our operations quickly because of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm unclear of the value of the team. The templates are invaluable, but the team contradicts each other and causes you rework. They're hard to get attention from, and then when you finally get it they are a bit demeaning in how they interact with you. Team doesn't really listen when you speak or ask questions, mostly trying to turn a 30-minute meeting into a 5 minute standup to assign more work.

SOC2 certification, standing up workflows and protocols about handling client data.

What do you like best about the product?
We are an early-stage startup that serves enterprise customers. While we have done a lot from an engineering perspective, we want to make sure our architecture and security checks are honest. Strikegraph's service level helped our small team get started and prioritized. This allowed us to keep our engineering team on track without overloading requests. From the initial consultation and pentest all the way through to onboarding new leadership to the platform, Strikegraph has been proactive in helping our team prep for SOC2 without rushing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The company has been adding more updates to make the usability of the application easier. This has to do more with the complexity of all the potential requirements vs. the application itself as there are many ways issues can be remediated, and remediation spans a range of teams. Not just Engineering.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While our tech stack is established, we are balancing adding new team members and improving our processes. Strikegraph helped us with their customer service, standard templates, and pen-test bundled in one.

The simplicity of the tool to support security audits during the procurement process!

I have not experienced anything I dislike about the platform.

The support provided by StrikeGraph to help us prepare for and nail our SOC2 audit was like having a whole team of experts on our side. They made delivering our evidence package seamless and cut out days that our team would have spent
What do you dislike about the product?
The process of pulling evidence from our cloud environment is only partially automated. If it could crawl our cloud to capture screenshots and configurations it would save even more time.

StrikeGraph helped us pull together all of our policies, business processes, diagrams, and evidence to get through a SOC2 type 2 audit quickly, saving our leadership team days of work.
