Painless experience
What do you like best about the product?
The StrikeGraph platform is effective and easy to use. The policy templates are very helpful as starting points.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see some integration between the file sharing platform and the dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
StrikeGraph is assisting us with our SOC2 readiness

What do you like best about the product?
The automated emails of tasks needing to be completed is a helpful feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to add evidence multiple times a year seems redundant and unnecessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are attempting to ensure compliance for SOC auditing and validate for PEN Testing. Doing this has forced us to be more organized and review our processes.
Stikegraph is not a technology; Strikegraph is a friend.
What do you like best about the product?
With Strikegraph, yes they provide GRC and analysis tools similar to others, but what you are really getting is a team of people who are committed to your success, and will have your back through the pain that is the SOC audit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their software isn't necessarily as polished or automated as other firms in the space.
You may initially think this is a major downside. The truth, though, is that the SOC2 process is not one-size-fits-all, and over-automated tools may be simple to set up, but run the risk of over-prescribing cookie-cutter security policies, which will introduce more friction into your ongoing operations than were you to work with strikegraph up front to "right-size" the policies to your risk assessment and operations.
You may initially think this is a major downside. What do you like best about the product?
We were really impressed with the depth of knowledge shown by the team at Strike Graph. Our contact point with the company rocks! It gives us a lot of confidence knowing we can talk with them about our security program!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few UI issues in the early version of their app; however, I've been told those are getting addressed! Other than that we've been really satisfied with the service from Strike Graph.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Strike Graph has helped our company become SOC 2 compliant and ready for audit. This has allowed us to have more confidence in our security program as a whole and attract security-conscious customers and users.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would absolutely recommend that other companies look at using Strike Graph. Having them as external security experts gives us a lot of confidence that we're taking the right steps to ensure we're protecting our user's data and be as security conscious as possible. They've helped us quickly get up to speed on the SOC 2 security framework. We've been really impressed.
Compliance Powers Confidence
What do you like best about the product?
If you're dipping your toe into the compliance ocean, buckle up. This has to be what I value most from our relationship with Strike Graph, mapping our most important compliance drivers with accompanying frameworks for attestation. I am pleased with the Strike Graph team helping us navigate our compliance ocean. I have been surprised how quickly we can make sense of the good policies and procedures we already have functioning internally with the frameworks we need to provide an attestation around.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are starting out third year with StrikeGraph and I can honestly say that we can't find anything not to like. Our renewal with the platform speaks to our confidence in the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
StrikeGraph continues to provide our business with a framework that allows a continued commitment to our customers privacy and security concerns. StrikeGraph helps us empower sales / compliance conversations that traditionally had slowed our sales motions.
A worthwhile investment, saving countless hours and money
What do you like best about the product?
I love that their team is personable and dedicated to my situation directly. I can always count on them day or night to be available quickly. We are currently going through SOC 2 and my life would have been much harder had they not been in my corner.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing! I honestly cannot think of anything wrong! They go above and beyond to be respectful and friendly, both showing expertise in the process and a complete understanding of their product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving our SOC 2 compliance. This is integral to gaining more clients but also showing the world that we are secure and safe with their data. The overall process is long and has many facets. Strikegraph makes this simple with their expert team members and simple and effective platform. Shout out to Jordan!
Knowledgable and great to work with
What do you like best about the product?
Everyone we have worked with so far is very knowledgeable and able to walk us through the details of each requirement as we go. The sales team introduced us to our CSM upfront, which helped make a buying decision easy. They were able to work with us at our pace all the way through certification of our SOC2
What do you dislike about the product?
There wasn't anything we disliked, they allowed us to go at our own pace and they were supportive the whole way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem we wanted to solve was ensuring we fully complied with SOC2 standards and become certified. It was a big undertaking so having someone helping answer questions along the way made it maneageable
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is great to have Strikegraph as a resource; the more significant consideration is knowing that you have the means to implement the security standards and the controls needed and have the resource to monitor everything on an ongoing basis.

What do you like best about the product?
StrikeGraph is a key partner in helping us prepare for our initial SOC2 audit and continuing audit upkeep. StrikeGraph is the complete package - it is a practical and simple solution for tracking controls, assessing where we are at risk, and compiling audit evidence. The software saves us so much time and the personal attention we get from our representatives has made a potentially difficult process exponentially easier. We highly recommend this product to anyone undergoing the security audit process.

StrikeGraph has made it super easy to prep for our SOC2 audit. We're excited that they have added the capability to administer pen testing as well. We will be using this new service in the upcoming months.

Nothing. Maybe better automation to help first-time businesses, especially the ones who don't have in-house InfoSec staff
