Strike Graph is Your Partner in Compliance on Sales Calls and to Close Deals Faster
What do you like best about the product?
Strike Graph is your one-stop shop to get your security audits going and completed in half the time. There are file repositories for security audits, automated security questionnaires. evidence repository, and great support from the customer success team. Whether you need evidence of HIPAA, SOC2, or ISO, you're in the right place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Great experience so far! Strike Graph doesn't write controls for you, but provide templates for you to customize to your own company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having security compliance documents ready to go during sales calls, achieving SOC2 compliance. The security audit takes a long time before folks sign. Security compliance helps a lot in getting the business.

What do you like best about the product?
We successfully obtained our SOC2 Type 1 and 6 months later our SOC2 Type 2 using StrikeGraph. It was a super resource helping me and the key stakeholders to pull together and implement the necessary reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
My team and I had a few suggestions for the tool that are on the roadmap. They were ease of use items such as allowing multiple files at one time to be uploaded as evidence and to be able to make comments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to prepare for our SOC 2 audit. We were able to use their templates to help us write the required policies. The tool gave suggested evidence which helped us to be completely prepared before the audit started.
More than just a product -- you're getting an amazing team!
What do you like best about the product?
As a small startup heading toward a SOC2 Type 1 audit, we needed help interpreting controls designed for large multinationals. What we like best about Strike Graph is that they were comfortable and knowledgeable about the realities of a small startup and provided us with game-changing coaching to help us prepare. Now, post-audit, we are thrilled to move forward with using the product to maintain our evidence and feel we can approach our SOC2 Type 2 with confidence.
What do you dislike about the product?
Any minor issues encountered have been resolved with the latest version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the Strike Graph product, we are preventing problems from arising if we had to manage all of our evidence manually. Strike Graph takes care of it all for us: the evidence frequencies, effective dates, and expiry dates and automatically notifies control owners 30 days out from the control expiry. In this light, the benefits we have realized are significant.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We highly recommend choosing Strike Graph to support your infosec program because you are getting more than just the product; you are getting a knowledgeable team! Once all of your controls are populated, and evidence is uploaded, your Strike Graph contact provides access to the auditors, and you can relax while waiting for auditor feedback. Post audit, we are pleased to report that Strike Graph contacts do not disappear -- they continue to coach and provide advice.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform makes managing your controls and evidence so easy, especially if you have multiple compliance frameworks you're working within (i.e. SOC2, HITRUST, ISO, etc.)
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not a dislike, but I do feel like the platform does take a little while to get become comfortable with. Recent upgrades have helped simplify that, but it still may take a little time to ensure you're comfortable with how things are laid out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a rapidly growing startup and we needed a way to simplify and keep track of our compliance efforts as we work our way from annual HIPAA reviews to SOC2 and beyond. The platform helps ensure we are not wasting time or duplicating efforts and the Strike Graph team has been an excellent compliment for us as we are evolving.

What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides in particular. Product UX could be a little more intuitive. But the concierge service kind of compensates for it.

What do you like best about the product?
The pre-existing libraries to choose from are beneficial, as well as the ability to add our unique controls is highly efficient and user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really not much to complain about; it would be nice if there was more existing controls/content around the public cloud, but that's specific to us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Strike Graph is streamlining our risk assessment process and gives us a good feel for the right kind of structure in advance of our audit period.

The StrikeGraph platform is effective and easy to use. The policy templates are very helpful as starting points.

I would like to see some integration between the file sharing platform and the dashboard.

What do you like best about the product?
The automated emails of tasks needing to be completed is a helpful feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to add evidence multiple times a year seems redundant and unnecessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are attempting to ensure compliance for SOC auditing and validate for PEN Testing. Doing this has forced us to be more organized and review our processes.
Stikegraph is not a technology; Strikegraph is a friend.
What do you like best about the product?
With Strikegraph, yes they provide GRC and analysis tools similar to others, but what you are really getting is a team of people who are committed to your success, and will have your back through the pain that is the SOC audit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their software isn't necessarily as polished or automated as other firms in the space.
You may initially think this is a major downside. The truth, though, is that the SOC2 process is not one-size-fits-all, and over-automated tools may be simple to set up, but run the risk of over-prescribing cookie-cutter security policies, which will introduce more friction into your ongoing operations than were you to work with strikegraph up front to "right-size" the policies to your risk assessment and operations.
You may initially think this is a major downside.
