Working with StrikeGraph saved our team months in gaining our SOC-2 certification!
What do you like best about the product?
StrikeGraph's team and their SaaS application were key to enabling our succesful SOC-2 and HIPAA certifications. They were proactive in guiding us through every phase -and always available when needed. They earned my strongest recommendation! The ongoing review of our documentation and process updates, especially the timely reminders sent by their platform - help immensely in maintaining our certifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don't have any negative feedback. From their platform, their knowledgable team, and fair pricing, they checked all of our boxes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With a small Operations team it is a challenge to keep abreast of all the compliance documentation updates, security testing schedules and audit execution preparations. StrikeGraph serves as our outsourced compliance officer of sorts, enabling our internal staff to better focus on client-facing tasks until pro-actively notified that they need to attend to a compliance task.
Efficient Auditing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Super simple and easy to understand dashboard. Easy to assign and submit evidence.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything that I dislike about this tool in around 1 year of use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Strike graph gives our team a simple and consise solution to submitting and storing audit evidence.
Wonderful experience in our SOC2 auditing
What do you like best about the product?
Nice web GUI dashboard, and thorough documentation, plenty of policy and procedure template, guided support for any questions, easy follow process for compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced features are still under devleoping, such as muletiple evidence uploading, auto update for the integration, more documentation preview support, multiple files for adding into evidence through integration etc
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps a lot especially shortening the whole auditing process for our SOC2 Type1. We are working on SOC2 Type2 auditing and this has been proven helping us passing the auditing.
Bottom line: It helped us achieve a clean (no exception) audit report in one tenth of the time.
What do you like best about the product?
The structure of the tool provided structure for things to proceed quickly. It removed a lot of ambiguities. The account team is also very responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration to share point was broken for awhile. That was eventually fixed though. There are other small things that can make life easier for customers such as better reporting on outstanding evidences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
maintain compliance to regulations which in turn makes our business better.
Compliance made easy
What do you like best about the product?
To have a company like SG that helps simplify a very complex process - it allows you to focus on your business priorities while they help with the compliance/auditing. On top of that, their CS support is very timely and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to note. To this point only positive interactions.

Helping simplify the SOC2 compliance process and annual renewal.
Compliance partnership with Strike Graph
What do you like best about the product?
Working with Kevron from Strike Graph has been like having an extension of my team, assisting with compliance guidance, documentation, audit prep, and open conversation about initiatives across our business. The compliance dashboard, document templates, and resources available make enhancing a security and compliance program a breeze. I have been thrilled with the progress and process of interacting with Strike Graph as a whole, but certainly with Kevron in particular.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not experienced any downsides in working with Strike Graph. My situation may be pretty simple, but I have been offered resources above what I even need and have really only scratched the surface of the offerings available through the compliance dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Strike Graph is helping me get a handle on compliance audit, assisting with advice, templates, structure, and guardrails for ensuring I have covered all items necessary to remain compliant.
Support is quick, and detailed instructions are given to complete steps in the SOC process.
What do you like best about the product?
Our Account Manager is there to answer all questions we have had so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the templates are not clear on what to do.

What do you like best about the product?
The entire StrikeGraph process is amazing! The platform makes evidence review and collection a smooth process. Anytime we have questions, our StrikeGraph Team is incredibly helpful and quick to respond. It’s everything I hoped for and more, when we signed up with StrikeGraph!
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a lot of work to move from our previous system into StrikeGraph, but this wasn't a negative. It was worth the work!

Our audits are now a breeze! It saves us time and stress.
Soc 2 audit preparation
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use and you can understand the requirements of SOC 2 type 1 & 2 . The employees are always willing to answer your questions. also easy to implement the gaps. I can just go into my platform anytime and check what I need to do. The dashboard also allows me to know what were at and the risks that are left.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not sure about what I dislike about Strikegraph

A Smooth Journey Through Compliance and Risk Management
What do you like best about the product?
Strike Graph platform with its user-friendly interface and comprehensive support resources makes it easier for our company to navigate the intricacies of compliance and focus on our core business operations, moreover, it significantly reduces the time and effort required for compliance activities. Our manager did a great job and addressed all the questions that we had in a timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
For users who are new to compliance management software, some things may not be obvious so it takes time to adapt. Also, there could be more examples of the pieces of evidences that are required for certain controls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main goal for us - obtain the SOC2 Type 2 certification and renew it, and we did it.
