A Smooth Journey Through Compliance and Risk Management
What do you like best about the product?
Strike Graph platform with its user-friendly interface and comprehensive support resources makes it easier for our company to navigate the intricacies of compliance and focus on our core business operations, moreover, it significantly reduces the time and effort required for compliance activities. Our manager did a great job and addressed all the questions that we had in a timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
For users who are new to compliance management software, some things may not be obvious so it takes time to adapt. Also, there could be more examples of the pieces of evidences that are required for certain controls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main goal for us - obtain the SOC2 Type 2 certification and renew it, and we did it.
Strike Graph and team are fantastic!
What do you like best about the product?
When you first sign in to your Strike Graph portal, you can immediately see how beautifully everything is setup. Easy to understand and follow along. The controls section links seamlessly with the evidence section, giving you quick access to everyting you are going to need. Strike Graph also supplies templates that are simple to work with and update.
The best part of Strike Graph though is the team behind it. I had the pleasure of working with two Customer Success team members and they were both amazing. Lisa Ash, in particular, made the process so much easier than i thought it was going to be. When i started our company's SOC certification journey...it was daunting to say the least. Lisa expertly guided me on what to focus on, what was necessary, and the best way to work my way forward. Our company wouldn't be SOC certified now if it wasn't for Lisa's above-and-beyond support. I can't thank her enough!

What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of one thing that was "bad" or "off" about Strike Graph. Highly recommend the service.

Strike Graph was a huge help in getting SOC certified, and pointing out deficiencies in our policies and procedures.
Strike Graph is a huge time saver and having our SOC2 Report has made our life's easier.
What do you like best about the product?
Strike Graph has an amazing support team. Obtaining our SOC2 certification seemed like an overwhelming task at first, but our account rep and the rest of the support team were always available to help us and guide us through it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their Security Questionnaires feature, while helpful, could use some improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because of the type of services we provide, almost all of our customers require a SOC2 certification which Strike Graph helped our organization obtain, which in turn has allowed us to expand our business.
Strike Graph has been critical to our SOC2 success
What do you like best about the product?
Strike Graph provided a structure that was very workable for our small-but-growing company to achieve SOC2 compliance. There's many many other solutions out there, but they tend to be overkill (and overly costly) for an organization like ours with a fully-remote staff and a single cloud-based application. Our Account Manager has been terrific. Strike Graph helped make getting to SOC2 compliance as easy as it could be!
What do you dislike about the product?
Strike Graph has been pushing out new products rapidly in the two years that we've been working with them, but there's a few rough spots in their portal UI that we wish would be addressed more expeditiously!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed SOC2 compliance, and we're proud to say that we achieved it within 6 months of getting started with Strike Graph. We look forward to adding GDPR compliance in the near future.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and upload documents. Can sort and filter as needed

I didn't really find any dislikes to Strike Graph

Unbelievable customer service
What do you like best about the product?
My contact (Caroline) was the best thing about utilizing Strike Graph. Her knowledge, support, encouragement and responsiveness are the best. She truly wants you to have a successful audit and cares about getting you though the process! I would highly recommend taking a look at them. The sofware/application is VERY user friendly and the templates that you can utlize are very good and thought out. I access the application 2 to 3 times a week and review the videos for help as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now I have no negatives about the product or services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us stay within our SOC Compliance
Strike Graph is very thorough, friendly and helpful and has made our SOC2 Journey much easier
What do you like best about the product?
The Strike Graph platform is very intuitive and easy to use. Our reps walked us through every aspect of the platform, and explained the whole process of getting SOC2 certification. Even though it's overwhelming, their help documentation and extensive templates for every policy or compliance email you may need has made getting our documentation in order much faster than writing everything from scratch.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have a bit more handholding, but honestly they have provided so many resources and online guidance that it's really unnecessary. And customer support is fantastic if you have a question.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Strike Graph is helping our company get into compliance with Security Requirements, and will be applying for SOC2 Certification on our behalf after all of the required controls are met. This is very beneficial because the process is super complicated and I'm not sure we could have done this easily on our own.

It saves our team a significant amount of time and effort, allowing us to focus on other critical tasks. The customer support is also excellent, providing prompt and effective assistance whenever needed.

While Strike Graph is highly effective, the initial implementation can be a bit complex and requires dedicated time and resources. However, the support team is very helpful in guiding through this process.

Strike Graph helps us streamline and automate our compliance processes, significantly reducing the time and effort required to achieve and maintain compliance. This leads to cost savings and allows our team to focus on other critical tasks. Additionally, it provides clear, actionable insights that help us stay on top of compliance requirements.

The CSM and account management support I received was great. There was always willigness to help and provide clear answers to my doubts.

Most of my needs were supplied by SG, great support

Easy experience to create all SOC II items
What do you like best about the product?
All requirements are laid out well and are easy to mark off. Easy implementation. Great onboarding and customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe features to create the docs more easily.
