What do you like best about the product?
I like the quick ability to create multiple reports and the insights that those reports provide. Particularlly, I appreciate the IMB Watson integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an easier way to compar one report to another to see where there is overlap and where there are outliers

Audiense is providing more insifht into who are consumers are, how we can best reach them, and how to most effectively target our marketing efforts

What do you like best about the product?
Fast, easy to use, offers several different Twitter/X functionalities. The reports are polished and easy to digest. Authentication of accounts not required to study them. Audiense customer support is very responsive and helpfil.
What do you dislike about the product?
No pain points found yet. I am loving this tool!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Audiense is solving my organization's need to understand Twitter audiences better (their demographics, top influencers in specific locations).

What do you like best about the product?
Great visualizations, thorough info. Like ability to compare segments to other audiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish it was based on more than just Twitter/X info. Would like to see the downloaded reports include media and content insights + social channel usage.

Toda la información es muy detallada y de gran utilidad para analizar la audiencia potencial de un perfil en redes sociales. Como base para estudios más detallados es extraordinaria.
What do you dislike about the product?
La información es tan exhaustiva que cuesta sacarle verdadero partido. Para un usuario particular el coste de la plataforma es algo excesivo y yo sólo le doy un uso educativo para hacer informes con mis alumnos.

Me sirve para analizar la audiencia potencial de un perfil, político en este caso, y relacionar los contenidos que publica ese perfil con el posible público al que se dirige.

What do you like best about the product?
The segmentation feature is extremely valuable for tailoring our marketing efforts to specific customer segments. We've been testing its robustness using edge cases and it never stops to amaze us
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prioritise expanding Audiense's database so it covers additional countries. But then again, that would require way more resources from their end, potentially harming the overall product growth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Audiense's interconnectivity feature allows users to identify patterns in audience behaviour, leading to more effective tailoring of marketing campaigns.
The platform's ability to highlight top brands, influencers, and content sources within our target audience makes it easier to design strategic partnerships, collaborations, and content that genuinely resonates with the intended consumers.

What do you like best about the product?
It is straightforward to use and provides much data that helps us reinforce our proposals more strategically. It also allows us to know our consumers' personalities, enabling us to create a more accurate brand persona.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about the tool is that it can only be used through Twitter. This is a problem because if there is a brand or industry that does not exist there, then the tool would not work for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to have a numerical base to justify our strategic proposals, it also allows us to know what media our user is interested in and what type of influencers and content creators are most suitable for their personality and interests.
