What do you like best about the product?
Affinio is an easy to understand tool—especially with the white glove hand-holding provided to us by Albina. She SAVED the holiday season for myself and my colleagues, and saved me again for a pitch pull im doing this AM.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hope it can pull info from more than just twitter, in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving us a robust view of audience and demographics, along with conversation topics. NEcessary for every pull we do, whether its a pitch or a competitive analysis.

What do you like best about the product?
Very quickly you can get thorough insights into a consumer segment. I particularly like using the unique filter which lets you really pull apart what makes one audience distinctive from another. Personality insights are great for creative thinking too!
What do you dislike about the product?
The demographic insight can feel a little shaky at times and it can be tricky trying to recreate precise segments. I would say the tool is best approached as an analysis of online followers, which makes it excellent for categories like entertainment, sport and music
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly understanding an audience including their interests, influencers followed and media brands is a question I often get asked. Audiense allows me to quickly find tangible and inspiring insights for clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Audiense has an extremely helpful team that helped us understand its a million and one features. The ready-made reports also made things simple for gathering insights on who was part of our community.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is less about Audiense as a platform, but more about how it requires a lot of time and dedicated human resources to be able to take advantage of all the features of Audiense. It helps that the Audiense team is always there to support and quickly responds to any questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding the categories of audience following us, understanding the overlaps of our audience among the different owned accounts

What do you like best about the product?
Everything. customer service, onboarding. I have been using it for several years.Latest iterations are excellent.

I use the audience segmentation tool as well as followers comparison and insights on data collected. Ads packaging also let users
target across platforms as swell as look alikes.

The audiense algorithm is very good in organising followers by groups including age, region, mobile device etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that i dislike about Audiense.-
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Audiense helps us understand our existing followers and search for future ones. We benefit from content creation, insights and intelligence data to help
us better put forward campaigns with impact. The sentiment is one of the big things it is helping us get an understanding of the mood of our followers.
The more you dig into the tool the more you see how to reach out and engage. For examples using their Follower comparison tool across competitors to see
which are the mutual ones and not mutual ones allow you to target potential new audiences with similar interests.
Understanding the rank of Twitter followers to see who you are not following back is all great.

What do you like best about the product?
Firstly, the speed at which we can break down an audience into clusters or segments based on their shared affinities or common connections.
Secondly, the richness of the profiling we can then undertake in Audiense's platform to understand these groups.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limitations of the platform (like many other social analytics tools to be fair) being largely driven by Twitter's social graph.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generating audience empathy within the business by uncovering a deep understanding of their interests and affinities.
Improving and informing our content, creative and media strategy by leveraging that audience understanding.
