Very easy and reliable tool for all integration
What do you like best about the product?
Dell Boomi programming easy it also makes process easy to update in the future the design makes it simple to re use components you don't have to re invent the wheel every time or slog thing lot of code when you need to make changes boomi also has an epic user community that been a great problem solving resources
What do you dislike about the product?
Application is limited since development happens over browser in cloud any dis-connectivity with internet will block the department
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Activate community forum that provides support and help as much as possible and regular update with features suggested by the community itself is leading this product to even better times ahead
Flexible and Powerful API Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Dell Boomi API Management is a flexible and robust solution for data integration. We can integrate to external systems (via existing APIs), internal systems and APIs, internal resources (databases, file systems, messaging buses, web services, etc.) with Dell Boomi. Lots of built-in cloud-based systems connection API to implement the integration. dell Boomi is that the process canavas is very user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I prefer to add some more built-in scripting languages. Cache components are not good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are integrating external systems (via existing APIs), internal systems and APIs, internal resources (databases, file systems, messaging buses, web services, etc.) with Dell Boomi.

What do you like best about the product?
Boomi to integrate requests from acquired newer customer facing software to our existing legaacy cloud systems to be able to handle the offerings without creating a new blockend this worked it didn't always work great and it took some setting up but once it was working it generally stayed working
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike Same features are missing like audit logs use of ease and extensible properties change needs to be locked why making changes after department

Identity manage and development organisational capabilities for business transmission initiatives develop future states and identify gaps assigns roles to different areas this tool helps of users to identity develop and manage all steps in diffeentet phases of transformation develop different view of project and programs and other related tasks
Great way to get data integration started

Out of the box connectors for major software envrionments (SF.com, Netsuite,etc)

Challenging for small business from a cost perspective.

Rapid integration of data from production and external systems to build robust customer and operational profiles.

The low code functionality of Boomi is very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having an easier way to understand the platform through the training videos.

Many more than anything else I would be able to do with any other tool

Speeed. This is the easiest and quickest integration platform I have used

Could have some better support in the EDi spave. Some limitations with As2 IDs

MDM implementations with third party MDM platofrms. SFDC integrations for real time

What do you like best about the product?
Configuration instead of coding. Comes with a master data hub, which is eactly what we needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing model is more expensive initially, compared to Logic Apps.

Plan early, and make sure you have good implementation partners

batch processing , large volume data processing is not that optimum

easy to use drag and drop interface as well as ability to code complex logic using groovy scripting or java script makes this a powerful tool to address any integration needs you have in your company.

need more capability to troubleshoot errors in custom scripting.

extremely fast way to build integration process and proof of concept to demonstrate business value.
