Fast and lightweight ipaas platform
What do you like best about the product?
We went live with Boomi on 1st Mar,2019 with 80+ integration applications and so far we have had a very positive experience. We observed better performance and cost savings with Boomi over our legacy iPaas platform.

What do you dislike about the product?
Limited number of in-built functions in map

Integration with cloud vendors. cost optimization of deploying integration applications.
Best Ipaas tool for your digital transformation journey
What do you like best about the product?
low code ,easy to use, deployment , smooth upgrade, supports on prem to cloud and cloud to cloud scenarios.Lot of out of the box connectors available.
What do you dislike about the product?
versioning can be improved , comparison of code and configuration feature need to be included soon

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
integration with SaaS applications & oracle HCM, oracle cloud erp, legacy on prem applications, third party providers etc. Building an api based platform

Good ipaas solution for a small to medium to a very large organizatione of use ..maintenance
Low code , Time to market, best ROI . Focus on setting up best practices and governance model.

What do you like best about the product?
Best thing about boomi is self version control feature which make developer life so easy.

What do you dislike about the product?
all easy things comes with some downsides. Boom platform have lots of features under the hood which makes support job difficult. It's very easy to not follow best practices which degrade all platform capabilities and business start hating
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
connecting onprem ERP with cloud solutions
Easy to and quick to pick up. Robust client is applicable for every many integration challenges.
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is easy to understand and can be configured as desired. Connecting to a target is made easy and accessible through the intuitive components.
What do you dislike about the product?
atoms and the atom cloud are not as performant as under high volumes as other clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Every thing from EDI, API, and MDM. Boomi has helped my clients realize and grow their solutions.

What do you like best about the product?
New user startup costs are minimal, enabling business users to also create integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Platform menus are not consistent across all screens.

Primary integration engine.

As a programmer, Boomi allows us to complete those very common development tasks out of the box and in less time than writing code,

As a problem solver, I wish Boomi had deeper debugging capabilities in production environments

We are currently replacing all ad-hoc integrations from bash scripts, ETL processes, and one off applications with Boomi

I like how it is easy to get data in to other system

The lack of reporting really causes issues during troubleshooting. Graphs would help at a glance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting systems integrated where before there was no way.
Boomi is great for simple processes, would love to see more reporting and organization of processes
What do you like best about the product?
Simple integrations can be spun up very quickly without the need for deep technical knowledge. Process maps are easy to read and understand for more basic integrations. Process reporting surfaces a lot of information though it may be difficult to find what you are looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile support could be better, especially from an administration standpoint. I'd love to be able to view errors and documents from a mobile browser and retry failed processes. While Boomi allows writing custom code to support OOB shapes I would like to have a better way to organize and maintain this code. Reporting on process runs, failures, atom statuses and more can be a challenge would love to see a dashboard that surfaced this information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have integrated several key sales platforms and also leveraged boomi for our new customer intake and customer management. Integration and automation saves a large amount of time and increases data integrity.
Versatile and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Boomi has helped us integrate a very tricky custom built financial application with sales force. It is very easy to use, the no code flow chart type canvas helps visualize the workflow. There are a ton of custom connectors built in making it easy to build integrations. The ROI on this product is very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
some of the process reporting features need enhancements and better features to help gather data for troubleshooting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving integration needs between primarily Salesforce and custom built applications. Benefits include easy to build, no code approach.

Nothing as of now on Integration side. Expecting more of AI to build integration/suggessions
