What do you like best about the product?
Enterprise Application with 1stop solution that can accomodate data integration, APIM, EDI,Flow and the Data Managment.
What else a buseness need to start their journey with AI enabled Automation Tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Boomi support has a room to improve their response to the customer issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a complete Data Automation between the systems

What do you like best about the product?
The Boomi platform will certainly grow with your business and scale to meet demand. They offer free training that will quickly allow your developers to begin creating integrations quickly and without costly training courses.
What do you dislike about the product?
FLOW needs some refinement on the administration and DevOps side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's eliminating our point to point integrations.

What do you like best about the product?
Boomi has the capability to build any integration you need. Not only do you have the platform but you have a large team of experts that are willing to help you at any turn.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any issues with boomi. Possibly make errors when integrated with NetSuite more readable and user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Boomi is the complete connection between each of our sales platforms and Netsuite.

What do you like best about the product?
Boomi started off with a small platform doing one thing for us, but continues to expand and continues to do more parts of the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Boomi is still working to modernize and upgrade it product suite and licensing can be a issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Invoice and Packing slips, we were able to remove all paper copies and modernized the work flow.

Boomi brings everything together!

What do you like best about the product?
Boomi gives us a one-stop-shop for our integration, API, and Data Management needs. We are able to have multiple tools in the toolbelt to allow us to move at the speed of our customers. Boomi is constantly innovating and adding new features and refining core technologies. Additionally, their focus and adoption of AI within the platform is a game-changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Boomi's technology connectors are very opinionated and sometimes have gaps where it will work well for one instance but not another ( e.g. Database V2 ). We have worked with Boomi to address, but at times changes or proving defects can be difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to bond between ticketing / ITIL / ITOM systems between our own systems and our customers and partners. MDH allows us to decouple our entire eBonding systems we've built within Boomi, keeping track of who gets what data.

What do you like best about the product?
Boomi is a great tool for managing, monitoring and displaying data. Dashboards can be displayed and used for managing data and reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
it can be hard at first like a new process but once you get the hang of it, it comes in very handy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
knowing when a process is not running correctly we can know/see where the error can be pointing too.
