blackberry QNX is what IOT needs to be secure from threats
What do you like best about the product?
It really gives high preference to security especially IOTs where most OS fail to provide good security making them vulnerable to hack threats
What do you dislike about the product?
Could be more user friendly, sometimes the interface is laggy or needs to be restarted
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IOT devices are very vulnerable to hack threats, QNX has advance protection layer which is the reason why I prefer it over android or other OS for my IOTs

BlackBerry QNX: The Automotive Software of the future
What do you like best about the product?
BlackBerry QNX is built with security in mind. It is a real-time operating system (RTOS) capable of ensuring predictable reaction times in the face of unexpected occurences. As a result, it's perfect for use in mission-critical applications like those found in the automobile and aerospace sectors.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a sophisticated operating system that might take some time to master. This may be an issue for certain people. Blackberry QNX is not the most affordable operating system available. This may be a consideration for some organisations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BlackBerry is also quite safe. It employes a microkernel design, which lowers the attack surface and makes exploiting flaws more difficult. Blackberry QNX also contains security features including role-based access control and encryption
Great for my remote testing
Because I can connect QNX Momentics tools to my instances, I can easily check out a program change without having to set up something to virtualizat local on machine. And if I have a problem I can share with a colleague who can fix it while I am getting coffee.
Thanks QNX team!!!
RTOS in Cars Infotainment
What do you like best about the product?
Blackberrry QNX is expectionally good in developing the interface for infotainment systems and can be used in Connected Car tech, that make this stand out from the rest.
What do you dislike about the product?
The major downside of QNX Hypervisor is, it's not portable across other microservices, cause it doesn't support other microcontrollers, if that's improved this product would be groun-breaker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ONX features of a task-scheduling techniques with semaphore and Deadlock preventions. This makes the sophisticated QNX Hypervisor a go-to choice, if the hardware (microcontroller) is supported.
The future of communication is here.
What do you like best about the product?
There are many things to like about BlackBerry QNX, but some of my favorite features include its real-time operating system, its advanced security features, and its support for a wide range of devices and platforms. BlackBerry QNX is a great choice for businesses and organizations that need a reliable and secure operating system.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things that I dislike about BlackBerry QNX. First, the platform can be a bit challenging to develop for. Second, the app selection is not as robust as other platforms. Finally, the platform can be a bit unstable at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is no one-size-fits-all answer to this question, as BlackBerry QNX is designed to offer a variety of benefits depending on the specific needs of the user. However, in general, BlackBerry QNX provides a reliable and secure operating system that is optimized for use in mission-critical applications. This can offer significant benefits in terms of safety, efficiency, and cost-savings. Additionally, BlackBerry QNX also provides a variety of tools and services that can help developers create more efficient and effective applications.
Best Performance
What do you like best about the product?
Very good overall operating BlackBerry QNX system. Precise direction and operation.
What do you dislike about the product?
As good as it is , there is always room for improvement. I think it can still be upgraded to a better and faster one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The BlackBerry QNXis to my knowledge are upgrading their software. And as I continue to do business with them I really see an impovement in their product.
QNX is fading away from the cutting edge front
What do you like best about the product?
QNX has two striking advantages that other "true" real time operating systems can not beat. First is its micro-kernel design in nature so it is very flexible and scalable. The second is it follows POSIX programming standard which is a great advantage to timing push to the market from idea to product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support. And in nature it is extremely difficult to build a complex system that has many components. This is because the bare micro-kernel only provides an ability of scheduling the components, however, if one wants those components systematically working together, to the end a monolithic kernel will be eventually evolved into from the microkernel, and if so, why not simply start from mature technology like Linux? That is, unless the poor performance, that is, giving up the potential not small amount of hardware ability to comply with slow message passing of qnx (so to loosly combine the components together), is tolerable, the QNX is not a good choice to go. Obviously if the system is simple enough, say only a few components like IOT stuff, it sounds like a competitive candidate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
QNX can provide a complete separation among the subsystems in an operating system. And it is robust as one component failure won't dumb the whole system, though this is an illustration example not for real.
Great place to work on
What do you like best about the product?
If you enjoy working in a highly technical environment, this is the place to be. No matter how senior you are, there are always things to learn in this software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Change of management and is penny-pinching.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Exposure to leading-edge technology by top tier companies
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Blueberry QNX is a strong engine to support automotive connected car product line.
Blackberry QNX Review
What do you like best about the product?
Its interface is very friendly and works quite well, I was pleasantly surprised by the software, its features and benefits, in addition to all the new things it brings. I believe that in the future it will give a lot to talk about and little by little it will gain more recognition among us consumers, both on a small and large scale.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I was very surprised, it is very beautiful. It's user-friendly, works great, and provides us with plenty of solutions. I think it is a very complete platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As for problems, not much, it really is like everything at the beginning is different, you have to get used to it, but then it works very well, in terms of performance it allows you to work quite well and is very user. -Friendly, it also allows the user great facilities when working and finding solutions in daily tasks
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Of course, it is a very easy to use tool that can bring many benefits to both companies and normal users.
RTOS with Linux flavour
What do you like best about the product?
By having some experience in Eclipse and Linux, you will be able to set up an embedded development platform in your machine quite easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support from Blackberry QNX hasn´t been fast and we had some limitations to tune the make files in Momentics IDE
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Main OS of an embedded device. Tasking and scheduling safety-critical systems
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Having previous experience with Unix systems and eclipse IDE
