A useful and powerful collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is, at its core, a whiteboard designed for remote, collaborative work. I have used it to conduct collaborative workshops with students and colleagues who are widely distributed around the world. It has a wide range of features for capturing, debating, and discussing insights into real-world challenges and developing group insights. The built in tools support effective facilitation even in challenging circumstances, with the option to turn off tracking of comments and allowing anonymous feedback on items.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a dislike but keep in mind that Miro is not a modelling/mapping tool--I've seen people try to use it as a replacement for tools such as Visio and it doesn't do that well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me to collaborate with a distributed team and conduct fully participatory workshop sessions. There are few other tools that combine its ease of use in a distributed fashion, and it has a flexibility that allows it to support a lot of different sessions and agendas.
