Pleasantly surprised - great whiteboarding tool for Product Management

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is relatively easy to learn - it doesn't have a very complicated interface with overwhelming number of options thrown in your face like other common workflow charting tools. Its extensive use of keyboard shortcuts, once learnt, really speed up the creation of diagrams. There are advanced options for objects, but they don't clutter the simple interface. Miro comes across as a tool specifically designed around being able to depict user journeys and workflows at a high level which is where I find it to excel over others.
What do you dislike about the product?
What makes Miro a great tool for whiteboarding, user journey, and high level workflow depictions might potentially put off its use in more disciplined use cases like UML system modeling. Not that it can't do that, but other tools may offer for specific use cases. One particular feature that takes time to understand is to switch between panning and selection modes. This could be more automatic in the future without need to explicitly switch between selection and pan modes (the other way round does work automatically when you select an object).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to communicate business requirements visually.
