Super slick, I could spend all day on Miro. Best whiteboarding experience I've used
What do you like best about the product?
Infinite canvas, good performance, loads of tools available without it being overwhelming. They recently introduced AI-powered tools, and I've found them to be useful. Our organisation got single-sign-on not long ago, and that's made it quicker to load up Miro. I've tried Mural, Microsoft Whiteboard, and Figjam but Miro is my favourite.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's still a bit difficult for people in my organisation who don't have a licence to access it. It's no slower to load than a Microsoft product, but it's slower than Confluence and I think people are uncertain about clicking Miro links and using it for the first time. The ability to share preview link of a board area would be helpful, but only if it loaded super-fast compared to opening the full board, and if it's easy for the guest to switch to the full board and full Miro experience if they want. I tend to share Miro boards using the Microsoft Teams integration because it bypasses our licencing restrictions, but for most Miro guests it's a new way to open a link so they aren't really inclined to do it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One tool that does everything. It's basically 'fixed' working remotely for us. I use it for the purposes above, and also for reports and presentations.
