What do you like best about the product?
I like that Miro boards allow you to do so many different things, from flow charts, to information organization, brainstorming, to keeping track of tasks. It's such a great tool for collaboration: I like that you can have many collaborators in one board at once, each doing their thing, without the user experience getting laggy or frustrating. It's easy for anyone to figure out - the barrier to entry is very low.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much I don't like. I believe it's exactly the tool it's claiming to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use miro for many things. One example is creating signal diagrams for hardware systems. It helps us visualize the process and quickly discover if we're missing something, helping avoid costly mistakes in the future. Another example is using the board for collaborative, cross-departmental task planning. With this, we get more visibility into other departments' work, understand their priorities and how we can help, and feel like we're all more aligned in terms of our work and company values. It helps us feel more connected to our colleagues, feel like a team. Many of us work remotely, so using Miro helps us bring out team closer together.
