What do you like best about the product?

There are number of good things I like about Gatekeeper, the Dashboard, the layout but most of all, the ease of use.

Anyone who has got basic knowledge of using an online portal can definitely use Gatekeeper, whether for adding new contract, uploading an updated agreement to an existing contract, adding new users etc.

It also has got an almost unlimited guide resources if ever any find themselves stuck somewhere whilst using the system.

And before i forget as well, they offer a robust implementation process where a dedicated Gatekeeper guru takes time to go through individual sections of Gatekeeper to ensure that from day 1 of going "Live" with Gatekeeper, any user(s) are well equipped to using the sytem.

What do you dislike about the product?

As they say, no system is perfect but really hard to say what i dislike about Gatekeeper and leave it at that.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Previous to Gatekeeper, we are using an Excel Register. Whilst the Excel provides us the information we need, the huge challenge is around monitoring which contracts are due for renewal and contracts that we wish not to renew anymore but accidentally gets renewed because we missed to give notice within the agree period.
