What do you like best about the product?

Gatekeeper is a very user friendly system, with implementation thoroughly supported by the Gatekeeper team.

The intuitive system makes it straightforward to add new records and keep existing information updated, with simple search functions, ease of editing/uploading and simple to build workflows and custom fields.

The system is backed up by compliment of user guides and also with regular sessions held to update on new functionality, meaning you are always up to date with how the system can work better for you.

What do you dislike about the product?

The additional modules are quite expensive.

Some custom developments cannot be made unless voted for in the Ideas Forum, which means they may never be available.

Automation of manging expiry dates and notice periods.
