What do you like best about the product?
There are many things to dislike about Fourkite, the thing which i like most about is that how it brings a real sense of control and clarity to supply chain management. The another thing is it's user interface, it user friendly and feels very intuitive. Someone not needed to be technical expert to work on this. It has the great collaboration aspect that connects all like carriers, suppliers, and customers on a single source of truth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such for now. It is working great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping to overcome from challenges of logistics and supply chain management- the lack of Real-time visibility. FourKites helps in taking the uncertainty out of the equation by giving real time tracking and insights across the whole supply chain.

What do you like best about the product?
The Dynamic Yard Plus features make managing my yard and team a time saver for someone that does not have spare time! Life saver to me!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, it is extraordinary and top shelf service to boot!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Incorrect data input by team members, it helps to coach the team when error entries are found that make the system faulty only due to false data entries.

The ability to locate trailers and orders as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Missing Information causes the ability to locate trailers not be as effective.

The ability to schedule our loads and get driver in and out in a timely manner.

What do you like best about the product?
The quick access to data and the ability to filter the data at the customer/receiver level
What do you dislike about the product?
There are opportunities where tracking data is lost or not updated for various reasons. Form a user standpoint it is hard to know that what I am viewing is now no longer accurate because of changes that occurred with the load,

Reducing email traffic in efforts related to shipment tracking

What do you like best about the product?
Wish there was a way to include Reefer trailers that have a temperature reading of the trailer. similiar to tracking the position and the temperature at all times.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it can be manually changed, meaning carriers can go in and change times around and there is no good way to know what was changed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Verifying position or loads and length of detention at receivers.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of tracking and user friendly interface for both the driver and brokers who use it. Provides useful information for the deployer and user as well.
Accurately provides an ETA to delivery as per driver's movement.
Ease of multi platform integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Does not have an integrated way to keep track of temperature of the product being transported. Would have been better to get updates on temperature too on critical products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking of Loads and getting timely updates on exact time of driver's arrival and departure from a facility.
Provides an ETA to a location which helps in scheduling an appointment or notifying the receivers of any imminent delay and arrange alternative if necessary.

What do you like best about the product?
Visibility and the ability to utilize this tech on our brokerage and asset sides.
What do you dislike about the product?
Resetting or 'restoring' a load. Walking drivers who are not tech savvy thru the process, which can take anywhere from 3 to 30 minutes. Our main issue comes from driver's who choose 'only allow while using app' instead of 'always allow' in the location settings of their phone. I think it would greatly increase the utilization of the app and reduce confusion for the drivers if there were only 2 options- allow or not allow.

Another bone to pick with the technology is that we don't receive any type of an alert if a driver that is under a load in route deletes the app completely. I believe if a load is tracking and something severes that communication, whether its a bad service area, a load being relayed from driver to driver, or a driver changing the location settings or deleting the app entirely that the subscriber/ customer should see a notification within the Fourkites Portal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility on shipments while in transit thru our brokerage arm, which reduces the risk of theft on high value or high theft items.
