FourKites is the most user friendly track and trace tool I've ever used!
What do you like best about the product?
I am happy with how easy it is to view all the shipment details and the amount of data you can access with just a few clicks of a button.
What do you dislike about the product?
If carriers aren't sending their locations properly, it could skew the analysis or data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are putting tedious validation processes for detention claims to bed with the help of FourKites.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look into it, and see how it can help your supply chain operations!
Real time visability with ease of use
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see in real-time where a truck is located is my favorite feature of FourKits.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to restart tracking if tracking has already begun.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to reduce the amount of manual work when contacting carriers to see where a load is located. Saves time and patience on both sides.
Love how FourKites has expanded our opportunities to reach new customers.

I love the user interface and FourKites ability to customize to your companies needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a huge fan of the timeline implementation when rolling out to a new customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving real-time order tracking for customers. The benefits I've seen so far are predicting future delivery times to customers based on traffic patterns.

What do you like best about the product?
I like having a specific rep to work with when I have a question/issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
The response time from the Support group could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Live tracking and autonotifications are nice. We are working towards 95% of our loads being tracked consistently.
Good visibility tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Excellent visibility tool! Easy to use and very intuitive platform with actionable insights. The dashboard provides just the data you want to see.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would suggest more ways to improve compliance from carriers and have detailed documentation on metric and KPI used

We are providing visibility of freight for our customers.

It's a good tool for visibility but it can only be achieved with compliance from carriers.

What do you like best about the product?
When a load tracks consistently, it is an excellent tool to share with customers and account managers to allow load planners to focus on load coverage instead of track and trace
What do you dislike about the product?
Brokers track poorly overall. We have not seen improvement in this area, and it impacts the confidence people have in the system.

Flagging late deliveries to be proactive, reduction in tracking requests
